It was very spacious with a good sized balcony in a good location to the centre and the lake. There is also a big supermarket only a 5 minute walk away.

The bathroom is in the main bedroom, which wouldn’t be ideal if you are sharing with other adults. The reception is only available at very limited times and you have to call or message staff. The staff weren’t particularly helpful. I asked for a taxi to be arranged on the day of departure, but I was sent a telephone number and told to call it myself.

Staff was very helpful and the location was amazing, we were couple of minutes walking from a bus stop, market and restaurant; around 5 minutes from the lake, a public park for the kids, the lake and more restaurants. The apartment itself was great and the Blinders were probably the best I have seen, it really kept the apartment dark.

The property is a 5 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the lake front and amazing town centre of Lazise. Yes you have to cross a main road but this isn't difficult and certainly doesn't detract from the quality of the stay. We crossed this road at the crossings daily with our children aged 4 and 9 with no problems. The pool is immaculately kept as are the public spaces the apartment we stayed in (no 7) was very spacious and well equipped, the AC was amazing especially in 35 degree heat! Cannot fault these apartments, we highly recommend not only the town of Lazise for the beautiful authentic Italian lake stay but also these great apartments for a base to explore.

The apartment and building was very very clean. The location was perfect - near to shops and restaurants and the main part of Lazise. Anna was extremely helpful. Apartment 12 had a wonderful view.

Really hard to find much that I didn't like! The shower was a little slippery. The bed was a little hard. But honestly we loved these apartments.

It is our second time staying in the Residenza Sante and we love it and will come again for sure. Apartment is very spacious, clean and equipped with all necessities with big balcony. Swimming pool is very private, clean and children- friendly, but also offer calm relaxing feeling. Lady from the reception was very helpful and kind offering help when needed.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room and the pool was well cleaned. The hotel has a very nice location near the lake and the city.

The kitchen was a little too badly equiped, for example only one chopping board and the knives were dull. It was difficult to air out the room during and after cooking.

Great location next to the city center, very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Short walk to the lake. Dedicated parking spot in front of the apartment. Apartment is spacious, bright and clean.It is very well equipped (electric sun blinds, mosquito nets, two air conditioners, entrance secured with code...). Vending machine is located in the building. Our host Anna was very nice and helpful.

Parking is little bit narrow for bigger cars

The pool, the accommodation, location, cleanliness, easy access to bus and ferry's. Able to explore Cola by bus. Town was at our door step. Thank you
