Room size was good, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very good, with great pillows. It was a great room for two adults, a child and a baby in his crib. The bedroom was great and well separated from the bedroom. The blinds were awesome and we had no trouble with daylight, even with kids. The parking spot was located in an underground parking for the whole building, so it was extremely secure. It was a very short walk from the parking building to our room, no big issue even with a stroller and bags to carry around. Also, the staff was amazing.

The only downside was that we ran out of hot water in both days, in the end of the last bath. As we were four, the last person would end up either with pure cold water or without enough hot water for a proper bath, just maybe a short one.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B, which was perfectly suited for our family with a toddler. The room was spacious and clean, and the hosts kindly provided a cot for our baby. The location was ideal, within walking distance to popular attractions and just 10 minutes from the main train and bus station. Angela and her team were fantastic hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Angela's delicious homemade cakes at breakfast every morning were a highlight of our stay. We also appreciated her kindness in allowing us to use the microwave after we had checked out. Overall, we highly recommend this B&B for families and anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay.

I loved my stay, but one minor suggestion is to add high chairs for babies and toddlers. Overall, I had an excellent time and would definitely return.

Fantastic location, about 10 minutes walk from the old town. Very kind hosts. We arrived early but were allowed to leave our bags so we could explore the city. Also, the owner explained in great detail and showed on the map the places that are worth seeing. There is a convenient and cheap parking lot in a 7-minute walk towards the station, which was very convenient in our case, because although the accommodation offers parking, it had to be applied for. The breakfast was very tasty, the hostess prepared an omelette, croissants, coffee, pies. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

Everything was great

Well... a flat, 10 minute walk from the station - not an issue for us. Nice to stretch the legs after the train journeys from Genoa to Milan to Verona! We found the apartment block and were greeted by a very friendly Angela (I think that's her name!) She immediately made us feel at home and explained breakfast was in her apartment whereas we we down on the ground floor. Our apartment was pretty much a studio apartment; very clean, air conditioning, a great and spacious bathroom. Lovely shower, bidet, etc. There was also a small kitchen with fridge/freezer, sink, and microwave plus coffee-maker. Fantastic! The bed was spacious and comfortable - we slept very well. It was very quiet and peaceful Breakfast was great; sweet Italian breakfast. We were fine with it as we walked off the calories each day! Easy to walk into the main centre of Verona. We were advised of places to eat and explore which we did. Within 3 nights of staying there we also managed a day-trip to Lake Garda. Summing it, we both loved it, loved the interaction with Andrea, loved the location, and had a wonderful time in both Verona and Lake Garda. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing we didn't like.

Our stay exceeded our expectations, it was very comfortable and the directions provided by the team ahead of it was very useful. Our very late request to extend our stay we accommodated which we are very grateful for as we had very late flight. The space was just great, the single bed was provided with safety barrier which was a lovely surprise. Both ladies greeting us were very friendly, they shared a great tips to get around the city. We had lovely stay, thank you for your hospitality.

The place was, quite literally, 10 minutes from the station and the instructions from the property on how to get there were really clear. The room had a little kitchenette, discretely hidden, which might be a bonus for some guests. There was someone on hand when I arrived to provide me with a map and tell me about the history and points of interest.

There was no information in the room - having some restaurant and tour suggestions might have been helpful since the lady who served breakfast each day didn't speak much English and so getting that kind of information from her wasn't really possible. Perhaps also some written indication on what extras were possible for breakfast?

Very comfortable room, excellent bathroom and wonderful breakfast. It’s in a quiet location close to the station and easy walking to Arena and the city centre. We were able to drop off our bags early and even got access to our room, which was much appreciated. Handy fridge with water, coffee machine and air conditioning, to make our stay comfortable. Slippers and toiletries in the bathroom. A warm welcome and a great base for visiting Verona I would highly recommend it.

We arrived by train and it was an easy and flat 5-10 minute walk from the station even with heavy suitcases it was no problem. The hosts were lovely and so kind and helpful. We arrived early and they kindly let us have access to the room when we arrived. The host even took the time to sit down with us with a map and show us what to see in Verona. The room was beautifully clean with great air conditioning, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely. The location is a 5-10 minute walk into central Verona so it's great for exploring the city. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you.

It was all perfect.

I liked everything about the property. A short walk from the station and close to the Arena as well. There was everything I needed and more, like slippers, a vanity kit, a hair dryer and even a coffee machine that made perfect coffee, lemon tea and hot chocolate. The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent. Angela was so welcoming. I have been to Verona many times before but she told me of few more places I could visit. She even lent me a cushion and a fan to take to the opera at the Arena which I really appreciated. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I was travelling alone, so it was really lovely chatting to Angela. This was by far the best place I’ve stayed in Verona and I’m looking forward to staying there again. Thank you Angela and Alessandro!!

This place is just 10 minutes walk from the station and right near the beginning of the old city. Our room was quiet and very well equipped. Host was very friendly with good advice about making the best use of our time in Verona. Breakfast was tasty with pastries, eggs, cheese etc. We stayed 2 nights but would happily stay for longer. This place should be more expensive but we had a good deal.
