Nice B&B very close to the center of Verona. Main attractions reachable in maximum 10/15 minutes. The Arena only 5 minutes by foot. We had a big room to accommodate the 4 of us, beds were confortable and extra pillows provided The room is equipped with a mini bar and a water cooker for coffee and tea. The owner Robert was very welcoming and provided us with tips to discover the city and advices for restaurants.

The location is very good, breakfast is served at a pub near it, parking is on the street but safe. really cozy place for a triple room, really clean.

The location does not provide check in 24/7 and although it said we could check in between 19 and 21 if we pay extra, they refuse to help as they did not have the people. We were in a road trip, and it was a bit stressful to be there in the exact hour that they could offer it. Reason was that Italian law prohibits remote check in. If you travel by car, arrival time is not very flexible. I think the location needs to work on either being more flexible or having a more client-oriented approach on this.

Roberto met us and gave us many tips on visiting Verona and dining recommendations. He was well organized and very personable. The room (the Oro room) and bathroom were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient to touring Verona, The building itself looks newly renovated and nicely appointed in the modern style. The included breakfast served at the cafe across the street was very good and a great start to the day.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Great location, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Verona. However there are cafes, wine bars and a restaurant on the same street if you wanted to stay near your accommodation in the evening. Lovely city feel on wide tree lined street which was a contrast to Venice. Room was modern and comfortable with basic breakfast option at near by cafe.

The breakfast option was a bit basic but this is perhaps a cultural difference. The Italian clientele in the cafe we used really do perform a speedy quick espresso and cornetto and off to work. Whereas on holiday we like to take our time and consume larger breakfasts on the whole.

Excellent location halfway between train station and arena. Felt very safe. Easy walking distance to station and all of old town. Excellent host. Felt very "Italian" rather than generic. Good size room. Included breakfast in the cafe over the room - with fantastic coffee, fresh juice and huge pastries.

Maybe a little pricey, but I don't know the price of other places in the area so hard to compare.

Owner and staff extremely friendly and competent. Central and spacious, also the breakfast served at the closest cafeteria was nicely organised and friendly served.

Maybe because it’s an old building and like many other cases, if the guests occupying the room above us are very loud, you cannot sleep well. Of course it doesn’t depend on the property.

As many reviews previously noted, extremely stressful check in timeline (despite of written instruction about possible late check in, in reality this does not exist). We experienced quite nervous responses from the host… Breakfast is very poor.. Definitely more touristic approach is needed!!!

Roberto was great, very welcoming and took time to show us the best places to visit on the map and a list of handpicked restaurants. location was good.

unfortunately the guests above could be heard walking about constantly from around 5.30am each morning and as the floor creaked it meant we were awake for the duration . they also were very noisy leaving . shower cubicle was a bit small and the toilet was unusually high. Very little natural light in the room which made it feel rather basement like Breakfast at the cafe across the road was below par, didn’t bother with it the next day.

The location was great by a short walk to the "porta" of the historical center and also rather near the railwaystation. The room was large and the bed was good, everything was very clean. The host Roberto was very friendly and gave a lot of tips for example of nice typical restaurants outside touristarea. The breakfast was on the other side of the street in a nice bar with coffee/ tea, juice and cornetto.
