The location was excellent. It was only a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 12 minute walk to the city centre (amphitheatre). The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. We were provided with a clean room, bedding, and towels each day. The water pressure was very good, with large bathrooms and hot water. Electric heating was comfy, and the towel heater in the bathroom was great. Breakfast was pretty good, with scrambled eggs, bacon, and Italian meat and cheese plates. Also, fruit and crosaint/toast/pastry. Juice bar and machine coffee with multiple (10+) coffee types. You can also kindly ask the barista for a capuchino. You can also purchase an omelette or speciality breakfast. The elevators (2) were new, working, and quick, although it was during the off-peak time of the year (Dec 20-24).

The beds and pillows were a bit hard for my liking but roomy to spread out. Roomy closet to hang 10+ pants/shirts but it would have been nice to have a dresser with drawers to layout under garments and socks.

I likes that i was made to feel welcome and as it was the first time travelling alone I felt safe in my hotel room and the surrounding area. The staff at the front was very helpful by giving me a map and showing me places to visit and eat . My breakfast was amazing and the ladies looking after this section was wonderful . I sat in the bar to have drinks and read my book and the bar men were helpful. The general manager took the time to introduce himself and we chatted and laugh about things. Amazing.

Maybe only a small thing is that something provided in the evening to eat if possible, as most places to eat are a little walk away from the hotel if you are a solo traveller.

The location was great. Very near the train station and we walked every day during our stay to the main square for our meals. It was near the food places and yet at a good distance such that there wasn't much crowd or noise around the hotel. The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable. Appreciate the consistent hot water supply in the shower. The staff were friendly and reliable. I would stay there again if I were to visit Verona again.

It would be great it there was a 'do not disturb' indicator or door hanger to inform the staff that we didn't need cleaning. The soundproofing of the walls was not that good so we could hear noise from other guests. There were children playing loudly in their rooms or along the corridor on a couple of nights and that was quite loud from our room. Perhaps common in the country but there wasn't any internal lock on the door, which would have been more assuring, but we felt quite safe in the hotel.

A clean, well-maintained hotel. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Underground parking . The staff at the reception, at breakfast and at the bar is great. A comfortable, very large bed. We asked for a room on the quiet side - they gave us a room in the courtyard, it was quiet enough there. We also liked that there was a lot of sunlight in the room. The breakfast is quite decent, there is everything that would not be hungry.

This is a wish- upgrade bath towels.

Antonella and the rest of the reception staff were excellent, they went the extra mile to help us in any way they could. The room was a reasonable size and we had 3 single beds to accommodate 3 adults without one having to be on a sofa bed. They are able to provide a taxi service at a reasonable price and at very short notice so if you need a pick up to and from the airport I would recommend asking the hotel to arrange it for you.

We thought the water should be complimentary in the mini bar and there should be a bin in the room as well as the bathroom. There wasn't much storage for 3 people and we thought there could be some drawers.

The room was excellent. Location is good - walking distance to the old part of the city. Private parking under the hotel.

Breakfast slightly disappointing for hotel of this standard - limited hot food choices. Room excellent - better quality than the reception areas which are a little dated. Be careful in the car park. It is an odd shape and rather tricky to manoeuvre.

The room and hotel has been as expected for an 4* hotel. The small fitness room has around 5 to 6 new looking equipments, I personally expected a bit more for a 4* hotel.

The SPA area is a private zone and can be used with extra cost of 45€/person (80€ for two). I'm very disappointed, as this has not been clearly indicated on Booking.com, or maybe I haved searched good enough. The break fast was ok. But the Plates and coffee cups where not heated.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a stay in Verona . It's easily accessible on foot from the train/bus station as well as to explore the sights in the old city. The hotel itself is all you could wish for with regard to comfort, cleanliness and staff efficiency.

It's a very small point but a waste bin in the bedroom would have been useful although there is one in the bathroom.

I loved the lounge at the entrance, my room was beautiful and very clean. The shower was large enough so you could move around and weren’t constantly hitting the walls. Breakfast had a lovely variety of food, and the staff were very helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like in the bathroom was that there was no curtain or anything on the window, so I was worried people would be able to see me (even though houses were far enough away.) I wish there were more spa services… massage therapy, facials, etc., instead of just the sauna steam baths and showers. unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to try the spa service because I only stayed one night.

Clean, quiet and friendly. The room was spacious, well maintained and quiet despite overlooking the road. Sitting area and bar were calm and pleasant.

Nothing to dislike really. Breakfast was perfectly good but not as extensive or with as much choice as other hotels we have stayed at.
