Great location, only 10-15 mins down a straight road to the city centre. Price is well set for the area and what you get. Really clean and lovely place. Well thought out and I had everything I needed. A large screen for tv but if you don’t need that, (I didn’t) I put the radio on while I got ready and that was great. The kitchen had a fridge, water and couches etc, simple but good. You can’t cook but amazing restaurants/eating places within 5 mins walk. Check in was fine as there was someone online the whole time to help if needed. Great communication using message so that made the trip as a female solo traveler even better. Really enjoyed it.

Not much, all great. Re check in- you have 2 codes..the one in the link is to get into the accomodation. Then the 4 digit code for your room key is from the email. I worked it out fine and someone was online and ready to help if needed which is the main thing:)

Located in a very nice mid-century modern building with a vast terrace/balcon, in a safe mixed residential and white collar office area very close to all the major sights. The rooms is spacious, amenities up to date and convenient. Travelling by train the proximity to the station was a plus.

The communal area seems a bit unnecessary as there is not even a sink there. The online remote check in and access system works well and is efficient, but makes the experience feel less human.

Great owner, extremely helpful. A few USB contacts in the wall for charging devices was really handy. The price seemed a bit high for a room with a shared bathroom, but frankly, it was the best price with this location : near the city and the station. It is comfortable enough for a shorter stay.

A bit difficult to get in. Especially at the main gate, unsure which button one should choose. Information was not clear enough. Online check-in was a bit irritating but not as scary as it seemed. Do it beforehand.

Nice apartment in a modern (even can say posh) building, around 5mins walk to the central station (Verona Nuova) but about 20mins to the old city center (acceptable distance). The owner of the property is very nice and immediate in response to messages or phonecalls.

Make sure you understand this is BNB so no reception, breakfast or luggage storage or the sort - first time enter the building and check-in can be a little bit tricky for some people (but not really that complicated as it may look like).

It's super convenient, location and price, simply a good choice for budget travel. We were there just one night for the opera in Arena Verona, and it was a 10 min walk from the apartment, and a 10min walk to the station to take the train back home. Perfect! Clean, quiet, and cheap.

All good, obviously sharing bathroom is not the best but at least it was kept clean and provided towels, soap and toilet paper.

The building is very modern and beautiful located close enough to the train station and close enough to the centre, both within walking distance. The apartment is very large, modern, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Large screen TV in the room. The owner is responsive, flexible and cooperative.

Check-in is all technological, with codes and links. I am not a very technical person so had a bit of trouble getting in. Air-conditioning would work nicely on these very hot days, better than the ceiling fan.

Great location, clean and comfortable room that was perfect for my needs such as taking day trips from the train station and enjoying the walk into the historic city area. I didn’t expect a TV or Air Conditioning so that was useful for the hot days. I was also thankful for a refrigerator to keep some food in. Thankfully there were no issues with the timing of the shared bathroom. Andrea was really helpful on check-in and gave a lot of good information and recommendations for getting around the area.

Nothing regarding the property. The bathroom was cleaned daily but other guests don’t always think nor others using it as well. Other guests were loud until midnight but again, nothing to do with the property itself. I’d stay here again!

The room is very large and also has an amazing balcony where you can catch the sun the whole day. I liked the online check in, you can easily enter at any time. The location of the house is great, next to the train station but also close to the city centre.

The bed is not the most comfy thing, but this is normal in Italy. Towel was provided but it smelled horrible so I used my own. The facility could be updated, the furniture is little bit outdated.

Great that the host allowed us to leave our bags pre- check in; this meant that we were able to make so much more of our one day in Verona. Clean, comfy room with access to a roof terrace which we sat on and enjoyed some wine when we returned in the evening.

Weird not having a sink to wash our plates in the little room which has been made into a kitchen.

Staff communication was great. We easily arranged to leave our bags before check in. Comfortable basic room. Within walking distance to Arena. Little room with chairs to relax and drink coffee.

With sharing 1 bathroom between rooms, sometimes there was no hot water left when you showered. Otherwise everything was perfect.
