Very spacious room and nice design. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Even has a little balcony! Great for longer stays. The host I contacted during my stay was very kind and accommodating. I was allowed to leave my backpack for a couple hours after check out, which was very convenient and kind of them to allow!

Kitchen could use some basics like salt, pepper and olive oil. Couldn't use any pots, pans or the stove , so basically there's only a microwave. Bathroom could use a little update (crack in the shower-floor and burnt hairdryer).

Excellent location - 5mins from the station. Nice and quiet rooms too, we saw others a couple times in passing but we never heard a sound from others. There are good basic kitchen facilities, hair dryer, body wash etc… Our room was very big and had a small balcony. This stay was excellent value.

the only improvement could be an iron or a hand towel in the bathroom. The pillows are heavy and hard (just not our preference)

The room was big and the bathroom was nice. The location was really close to the train station which was really convenient and within walking distance to the old city and the restaurants etc (some 15-20 minutes walking). The check-in and access to the room through the app was very convenient and even exciting for my daughter. We could store our luggage for free after check out. We didn't meet the host but he responded ultra fast to our messages and he was helpful.

There was a strange smell when we entered the room (like it was closed for some time) and also in the bathroom (not too annoying though) when having a shower. It was ok after we opened the window. There was not any view of particular interest. The room was in an appartment (with lift) and there was some noise from the quests of the next room (i think they had a room with a separate (outside the room) bathroom, so they kept opening and closing doors). I first thought that it was a bit pricey but if we take into consideration the Verona standards it was ok.

The room was very big and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious as well. The location was great, very close to the train station (5 minutes walking) and not far from the city center, around 20 minutes walking.

Although the description says the room has AC, there was no remote for it in the room and when I asked about it the answer was “I couldn’t use it because they only allow during summer”. But it was June and 30 degrees already.

Good location, easy to find restaurants, good sightseeing nearby and europcar next to the place if you are interested in renting a car. I liked the automated system getting access to mobile to open the building/apartment door. Opening the doors with mobile phone felt easy. Everything was clean and the kitchen was nice.

At that time there wasn't that many other people but if the place was full one bathroom could maybe cause some issues? The instructions to get in the building/apartment could've maybe been a bit more clearer, like step by step. First when I arrived I did not know I could open the building door with mobile access. Just remembered the reservation link where the commands were and opened it and voila. That could be issue for someone not having mobile network working.

I loved the feel of my room. It was a short and easy flat walk from the train station. Communication from the owner was good and entry was via vikey. The room was spacious, bed comfy, good renovated bathroom, excellent wifi. Communal kitchen was a bonus.

It was a bit far from the main part of town especially walking home alone at night at 1am from the opera. Would have been handy to know that the room is actually a room in an apartment. Nothing wrong with that just wasn’t clear and confusing when trying to check-in.

Only stayed one night as we needed a place to sleep while travelling through. Booked the private bathroom room. Room was nice, digital check in was seamless. Location was great - walking distance from the train and also into the lovely town. Wished we had more time to explore Verona!

The room was spacious and looked into a courtyard of other buildings that seemed like mainly residences. The area was very quiet and everything felt secure. The check-in was easy and the host was extremely kind and approachable.

I wasn't aware that the Verona Maison was located within a large building of flats and that someone would be waiting for me outside. I walked past the address a few times as there was a man waiting there and I wasn't sure what to do. He then asked if I was looking for the Verona Maison and I realized he was there to let me in. I feel like this could have been communicated better (the fact that someone would be outside waiting for me to arrive) but overall it worked out fine.

Property was easy to access and in a good location.

It had a good kitchen which the 4 rooms shared. Even though there was a coffee machine you could not use it as there was no coffee etc. no way to prepare a simple hot meal

Location very close to city center (15 min walk to arena di verona). Easy to reach by car and train. Nice host, little shared balcony.

No fly screen in the window, could not air the room without having a lot of mosquitos.
