I booked this hotel because it was close to the train station. It was a little bit of a walk into Verona centre (maybe 15-20 minutes at a steady walk) but that suited us as we didn't have to carry heavy bags too far from the train station - around 5 minutes. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was as expected and very clean. The shower was small but it was fine for us. It's a basic but good hotel. Value for money and convenient for the trains. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

The bar was not open when we were there. I am not sure if it opens at all? We got back from our walk around Verona about 8pm and the bar room was set up for breakfast, the bar seemed closed.

The hotel was ideally located (5 mins walk) for arrival from the station on foot, and, given that I was using Verona as a one-night stop off this was perfect. This left a 15 min walk to the centre of the city, and so the location would have been less than ideal for a city break if one likes to walk as I do - especially given the heat. The hotel itself was everything one would expect from a budget hotel. The room was basic but large, clean, and recently refurbished. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast more than adequate. And whilst there were slightly cheaper options the added cost in taxi/bus fare would have cancelled this out.

For a budget hotel, nothing.

reception open 24 hours and friendly, helpful staff, had rooms with twin beds which was rare in Verona. also room is weary functional - 2 sockets at each side of the bed, extra pillows, teapot, fridge - all is very simple but exactly what you need. it is not a central location, but super close to the train station - which is what we needed. also, I even received the message from the hotel highlighting that FYI location is not central, and I appreciate them being upfront. we even got our takeaway breakfast the last day when we were checking out too early. definitely recommend!

Location, really great as close to the train station and airport shuttle bus - which was the main reason I booked this place. Nice walk in to the main square and Arena. Fabulous shower, note other comments about hard beds, they were firm but very, very comfy - also extra pillows on a shelf in the room - room cleaned and towels changed every day for the three days we stayed, which we didn’t expect at all. Staff were all very friendly and very accommodating on arrival, during our stay and at check out. Can’t fault this place at all.

Nothing - very pleased overall.

The location if you want to visit Lake Garda or Venice is perfect. The Station is only a few minutes walk away and the transport system for us at least was very easy to navigate. It was a bonus that breakfast was provided so we could get an early start on a visits to other regions. The food was plentiful and kept us going most of the day. Verona is not a long walk away, probably 15 minutes to the first Shops and restaurants and 20 minutes to the main centre.

For the money I really have nothing to complain about

The hotel is just 7 minute walk from the railway Station, with a nice 20 minute walk into Verona This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in Room was large beds where comfy. The breakfast was great not just hot bold egg, but scrambled egg, bacon and sausages with lots more to chose from and the coffee was great too. The staff where really nice and helpful with lots of tips on how to get around, we used Verona as a base to do the bottom end of Lake Garda as the trains only takes 15 minutes to get there with a trains going there every 30 minutes. we found a great place to eat right next door the to the hotel. La Pinete the food was Fab u Less and the house wine was fab with a cost of 5 euros a half litre carafe when we are back in Verona we will stay at this hotel again

Spacious, quiet (to the back), very clean room, luggage rack large enough for 2(!) suitcases, kettle (some tea, instant coffee etc.), little fridge … The hotel can be reached from Verona train station in about 8 minutes by foot. The old town can also be easily reached by foot. It's certainly not a romantic hotel, but it's a great starting point for a train trip to Italy and exploring the city of Verona. The staff was also very friendly. We will definitely consider booking this hotel again when we visit Verona.

Great location. Just around the corner from the train station. so if you arrive at Verona airport a quick journey on the A199 bus at the front of the airport and in 15 mins your at the train station and within 30 mins your at the hotel. A 20 minute walk and your in the old town. Breakfast is fine and no complaints with enough choice to set you up for the day. Room is clean and all the facilities you would require for a short visit to Verona

Its what I expected so no complaints

Just a 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. 10minutes walk to central area of verona. Most of the tourist spots are not as far to each other. Lots of restaurant. Museums. Etc. aside from the house of juliet, i guaranteed you never miss the sanctuary of lourdes. That is the most epic location in verona.

Actually we don’t have any thing we didn’t like about the property. Just one little thing is missing. They forgot to provide a hotel slippers for two

The hotel is excellent – we’ve stayed here multiple times and will definitely return during our next visit to Verona. The rooms are great – everything is comfortable and quiet. The location is perfect – you can park for free on the street and be just 20 minutes from the city center. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is more than outstanding.
