The hotel looks to be brand new, super clean, lots of light, all in white. Very friendly personeel. Good abundant breakfast. In spite of being located very close to the railway station (which initially looked like a potential minus) it turned out to be rather an advantage. It is a quite street within 5-10 min walk from the station, no problem with it at all, and with easy access to all the busses. Internet worked very well, air conditioner too. Altogether a nice surprise, we'll definitely use this hotel again.

The property is exceptionally clean and tidy, with fresh and fragrant bedding. Breakfast is simple but very tasty. The bathroom and toilet are spacious and well-stocked with towels and personal hygiene products. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always available for anything you may need at any moment. The train station is very close, making it easy to travel to nearby cities like Milan and Venice. We are very satisfied with everything in the hotel, and even though it has 3 stars, it’s worth more.

Novo Hotel Rossi exceeded my expectations, while in transit to Verona for 1 night. I booked this hotel, not really having time to read generated reviews, and tired from a long trip I was not looking. I was greeted by an enthusiastic, energetic and friendly staff. Good English spoken. Lobby design was modern with updated furniture, well lit, inviting and very clean. Two decent size elevators, was a plus. Most other hotels offer 1 small elevator. Free Parking available. Covered Parking available for a very reasonable price. Hotel Novo is situated in a quite street, but with easy walking distance to the Porta Nuova train station. Wifi was excellent. AC was great. Beds were very comfy. Rooms, new, quiet and generous size, they offer a small refrigerator with complimentary water, and coffee/Tea kettle. Walk-in shower with modern touches and lighting. Breakfast was plentyful and tasty for only 10 Euros. I had other stops in my itinerary, would have stayed longer. Return back to Verona and this time I booked for week. Nothing dissappointed. It will be my go to hotel when in Verona. I want to say thank Valeria, Ramon, and the other young lady who worked in the mornings with curly hair (can not remember her name) who made my stay feel like home. The cleaning staff who cleaned our room daily, changed towels (Daily!) and the Dinning room staff, well trained and professional. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Verona.

Nothing. Hotel exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at several 4 / 5 stars hotels, this hotel which is a 3 star was the only one to exceed my expectations.

The location is brilliant and very central. The rooms are adequate and very clean. I think the price point is also great for what you get.

Breakfast was not buffet and there was no menu to choose from. We were just told what we could order. However the breakfast is still decent but with very limited choice.

Great hotel and great value. Very comfortable bed and wonderful pillows. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast buffet. Location near train station , so only a short walk to and from the train. We had a quick one night stay, so didn't expect much as main selection criteria was close to train station. Way exceeded our expectations. Staff was wonderful at front desk and at breakfast.

Good location, as we needed to be close to the station. Big, light, clean rooms, friendly & efficient staff. And the best breakfast ever! And decent size coffees. The reception lady suggested that we use the hotel's bicycles, we went to the old city and had a great day cycling to all the historical sights and enjoy the old city.

Beautifully presented hotel. Fresh, clean and in a fabulous location for connecting via train to a new destination. The hotel staff were exceptional, very customer focuses with a fabulous can do attitude.

Nice hotel, just the location is a bit off, it is near the train station, however it’s too dark to walk from train station to hotel during the night.

The best part is that it located ~300m from the train station, so it's easy to get there if you travel by train. Just about 5 min walk. BTW, Google map is wrong, as it shows about 700m, but there is a simple shortcut. Breakfast was very good, staff friendly, nice, clean room.

It's far away from the historic downtown. It takes about 25 min to walk. You could take a bus at 2Euro, or taxi - ~9Eu. Walking is OK, still the area around is somewhat shady.

Last minute booking before we arrived in Verona. Helpful staff. Top Breakfast (an extra). Can walk here with luggage from Station - say 10-15min.

No jug provided but Staff provided one + Tea / Coffee / Milk on request. Location a little isolated away from Cafes etc
