I had a fantastic stay at this property in Verona! The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, which made it feel incredibly comfortable from the moment I arrived. Check-in was super easy and smooth, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to all the main monuments and attractions. It was the perfect base to explore the city. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Everything’s was great except parking was difficult, if you have a big car, you can’t fit in the garage. So you have to park outside and pay.

Everything went well, room was great, nice landlord!

The garage was a little adventure, we rented a Fiat 500L, that worked out, but it was close, so an additional info would be great for bigger cars than that. Also "private external bathroom" is a little confusing, you have your own room, but the bathroom is also used by other rooms in the same apartment, that could be clearer in advance. Everything nice and clean though!

I do not give 10’s lightly, but this place deserved it. All communication was immediate and helpful. The premises were spotless. The bathroom was twice the usual size and completely modern. The free parking space was next door to the modern building. An outdoor patio was available and the wifi was fine. He even supplied an assortment of cold drinks/beer at nominal cost (1 euro) in a small cooler in the common area. And the apt was decorated in a stylish way. This was easily one of the nicest places I have stayed at in Italy.

if the private bathroom had been part of the bedroom, that would have been ideal - however, it was right next to the room so not a big deal.

We loved the mini fridge, and the host was nice.

The parking was HORRIBLE, it was not like the picture, it is really hard to come inside, the bed was kind of uncomfortable and we were not informed beforehand that it was a shared apartment and the bathroom was outside of the room so it was really inconvenient because anyone could use it.

The room was big and clean. It had a terrace which was really cute.

Check-in time and it isn’t very close to the centre. It’s around 1,2km far. We didn’t have a private bathroom in the room but had one in the corridor which was kinda seperated from the other rooms. So it pretty much served its purpose.

They have a garage but should've mentioned the size of a garage gate in a description. Not all cars can enter, especially nowadays, bigger ones.

We didn't realize that we forgot to add our two year old on our reservation and they were very kind in accommodating us. Comfortable and convenient location.

We could hear some of the other people staying there while we were in our room, but we were so tired that it didn't really matter.

Great if you just need a bed and a shower for a few nights! Walking distance to central Verona. Handy self service bar in communal areas for sodas. Good sized bathroom. Towels, soap and shower gel provided.

You could hear movement in the next apartment.

Should be higher than 1 star. Quiet, close, comfy. Big bathroon common room for only 2 units. Fridge, kitchen...one flight up.

Only odd thing is detach bathroom, but not a problem.

For this price, this place is a steal. The room is very nice, with a private balcony. The shared kitchen is great and the private bathroom in the hallway was spacy and clean.

The price-quality ration is perfect.
