The housekeeper, Nihed, was lovely, friendly and so nice to me, very helpful and gave me tips to move around.

Great location and the room felt very modern and clean, even though the building is of the charming older kind. Cleaning lady (forgot to ask her name!) was very kind, helpful and knows English well. Owner was quick to reply in WhatsApp.

There were virtual keys to the gate and building door that mostly worked fine but could need a few tries sometimes and there were two different addresses mentioned in emails and Booking app so just double check any emails for your address to avoid any confusion. And even if you go to the wrong one they're close so it's no trouble finding it with Google.

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The housekeeper Rossella was really kind. The location was very good just few short minutes walk from the Arena.

The automated system with no human involved was a bit scary. Never had an experience with this system and as I came from a stressful journey it made me a bit paranoid but everything worked fine.

We were in Verona doe business, but the perfect location of the facility, allowed us to visit the historical center of the city, with nice shops, restaurants and more. Main train and bus station can be easily reached by foot.

The location was great and the lady who worked there was very nice. We especially enjoyed the coffee station where you could make as much coffee as you liked for free and the fridges where you could store your food. The room was also very clean and comfortable and it had a TV!

The shower was a bit dirty and we saw a bird walking around on the counter of the breakfast room when no one was there.

Everything was very good. I made a reservation very late but I reached my room without any problems. The staff was very attentive and the room's facilities, including almost unlimited coffee and a balcony, were a very good bonus for me.

The location was perfect for the Opera and all the beautiful sites. The host Nihed ❤was an exceptional lady who made us welcome throughout our stay. She was professional and an asset to any hotel. We stayed in room 2 which had a wrap around balcony and was perfect for morning coffee and evening aperitifos. I will definitely be booking again 👍

Friendly, clean and centrally based for our short visit to Verona. The best thing was the lovely lady who came into to do the breakfasts and cleaning. She was super friendly and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed and helping us with getting to the station to pick up our hire car.

Everything was great! no complaints at all.

Location is not far from the city's attractions. Contact person is accommodating and always available if you have request or questions. Room is cozy and clean.

Noises from other rooms are heard especially if other guests have children or if other guests bang their doors. Maybe shower head needs changes.

Good location , near downtown area . Friendly and helpful staff . Water and coffee provided . Clean rooms and nice bathrooms .

Not very close if you are travelling by train especially with luggage .
