This is not a hotel room but a little apartment that was just awesome. The size was perfect for 4 and really clean and beautifully decorated. You have all you need to make your own food also. Breakfast included and was awesome also. Seems those apartments are managed by the Hotel Firenze where you check-in and take the breakfast. On top of that, you are at walking distance from the train station and major attractions in old Verona.

The only downside of the place was the free WiFi. It had a very weak signal that kept disconnecting and it is not locked. Not secure at all.

We had a nice apartment with a nice little terrace. The first impression of our puppies must have been wonderful since they immediately laid down on the comfortable dog mattress in the living room. It was a very kind gesture like the bowls for the doggies in the bathroom. The apartment was well-equipped, clean and cosy, a couple of minutes walk from the downtown.

It is complicated to check in and out if you are with a car. You have to stop your car in front of the hotel risking to be fined since you can not park there legally. The parking lot is on another street, not so far from the hotel but it made the packing, esp. with the doggies a little bit complicated. It's not the hotel's fault, it's a given condition and not a big problem, just something to be prepared for in advance as a guest.

Very well positioned for tourism, just a few minutes' walk from the train station or the main sights of the city. The area of the apartment was very big for two people. Maybe for three people the surface would be at the limit and for four people it would be a bit cramped. The view from the balcony over the boulevard is special. Everything was clean. The bathroom is large and clean, equipped with everything you could need. I wasn't interested in the kitchen equipment so I couldn't give a fair review. But there were dishes and cutlery, a kettle, dishes for cooking, etc. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Excellent apartment. Beds were super comfortable. Great blackout blinds. We had an excellent nights sleep. Easy, flat walk to train station (we were interrailing)

Breakfast was very poor. Had to wait for a table, then clean bowls and plates, no glasses for water, selection was very poor. Don’t pay for breakfast, use the cafe next door.

This was the best hotel of our Italy trip so far. It's an appartement handled by a hotel so all the benefits all around. We checked in on the hotel which is on the building by the side of the apartment. Apartment was comfortable and has plenty of space. Breakfast was at the hotel which is in a big room and has plenty of options really really nice for an apartment stay. Really wish we had stayed more, it's close enough to center you can walk to Giulietta's house and the arena. Walking with hand luggage from the train station is also a short walk.

No washing machine which is the only thing that would make this place even better.

Apartment was nice, great location, walking distance to arena and bus/train station. Restaurants etc near by. Quiet, easy access to everything

Had booked for 3 adults and a teenager, it was too small an apartment for that. Ok for 2 adults and young child. Other than that no issue

Location was a perfect base for Lago Di Garda. Apartment came with all necessary kitchen appliances and came with soap and conditioner for the bathroom. The beds were sufficient and the master room was very comfortable. The host was extremely receptive and super helpful with anything in the area. Would highly recommend staying if your coming to the area.

The bunk beds were a little bit unstable, but were comfortable enough to sleep so that wasn't a big issue. The bathroom door was opaque glass which was a little bit weird but all said, I'd stay again regardless.

We liked that the place offered breakfast, adjacent parking and walking distance to the Arena. The upfront communication was good and helpful, there weren’t any problems with arrival, check-in, check-out. The apartment was modern and clean.

The separation of the two rooms of the 4 bed apartment is just formed by shelves / wardrobes and is not creating two separated rooms. The two single beds are a sofa and a folding bed, quiet comfortable ones, but no real beds. For us it wasn’t a problem, but it wasn’t ideal either.

Within walking distance to the Old Town. Room is reasonably large.

We were told to pay 10 euros per day to use the cutlery and cooking utensils in kitchen. The reason was the 10 euros we paid was for the cleaning fee. There were 4 of us. We booked a quad room.We had one double bed. one couch bed and an extra bed. The extra bed was rather small for an adult. Perhaps it would have made more sense to book 2 rooms for 4 people.

Spending a few days in Verona and this location was an excellent choice. 10-15 minute walk to the Arena, many restaurants and shopping and restaurants in the area. The room was well equiped, very clean and comfortable. Check-in through the hotel next door to the appartment, the staff helped by holding our luggage upon arrival and before departure. k
