It is a 10 minute walk to the old part of Verona, brilliant location. We came in by train and left by train. Hotel is located perfectly between the station and Verona. A nice walk into Verona during the day and at night. Felt safe and the neighbourhood is residential. Room was great, ground floor and outlook into the garden. Bathroom was large and airy. Our host was so friendly and informative giving us suggestions for good food and ice-cream. Map of the city provided as complimentary with marked up suggestions really helpful. On our check out day our host was there early and again very hospitable.

Lovely Villa converted into small hotel. A short walk from the train station and very close to city center, location was great. Clean and tall (floor to ceiling heigh) Our room is on the 1st floor, i thought it would be noisy/no privacy next to reception desk and shared lounge area but pretty much no body sat on the sofa, so it was ok. The room is quite small for 2 adult and 2 kids. However the garden terrace make it up for me. Cappuccino was nice, thanks for hosting us

Bathroom is beautiful but shower is too small, had to align your body to the longer side otherwise a bit tight (maybe due to shower knob size)

We received a lovely welcome upon arrival. The owner loves dogs and has one herself. The street is very quiet. Parking in the white zones on the street was very helpful. The room was spotless and air conditioned and comfortable. The double glazed windows meant that the trains could not be heard. It was an easy 20-minute walk to the arena. We had to leave early in the morning so missed breakfast but the host let us take yogurt from the fridge.

The street was very hard to get to by car because the huge intersection is confusing and hard to navigate, even with help from Google Maps

Host was very nice and helpful. We arrived from Milan early and requested early check in. They tried their best to accommodate us and we were able to check in by 11am. The place is easy to find though it is quite a walk from the train station, especially when you have luggages. Location is not bad. It is right next to the railtrack, but the noise didn't bother us and we were train watching at one point. Everything was clean, air conditioning was working fine. No problem with wifi. Value for the money.

I recently had the pleasure of a short stay B&B Magnolia hotel in Verona, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the hostess - Seniora Martina stood out with her attentiveness, kindness, and unwavering support. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself was delightful—cozy and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect: in a safe and quiet area, yet very convenient and easy to reach. It provided an excellent base for exploring the beautiful city of Verona. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a personal and warm hospitality experience. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return.

The property is a very pretty villa with a surrounding garden. The room was super cozy, clean and very comfortable. There was also tea and coffee in the room, which was a nice addition :) The hosts were super friendly, kind and welcoming and made us feel like at home in the B&B. We reserved a breakfast last-minute, which was a great decision. The breakfast was truly delicious. The location is just a beautiful 10-minute walk away from the city center. The parking in front of the property in the street was free and there was plenty of space when we arrived in the evening. Overall, we loved our one-night stay and will choose Magnolia again next time we will be in Verona!

We did not mind at all, but it is good to mention that trains pass close to the property. However, the window blocks a lot of the noise and it was not a problem at all for us.

Room was adequate. Bathroom was spacious with great water pressure. Little balcony that faced train tracks. Good air conditioning especially welcome during the 30 degree weather! Owner was accomodating and gave good information how to get to town. We did not partake of breakfast although available for 10 euros.

Bit of noise from passing trains if you're sensitive. It was a 20 minute walk to get to town and 20 minutes back, could be an issue especially in hot weather.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The AC is a saviour in the hot summer weather. The location was great - a walking distance from the train station (~10mins) and the city centre (~20mins). The hosts were amazing! We had to stay one more day but our room was already booked. They helped us arrange a different room and they helped us with our luggage. Everything went smoothly. They are also very responsive on WhatsApp.

The shower in the shared bathroom was a bit too small which could be uncomfortable for those with claustrophobia.

The location was very convenient, in a quiet street yet a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. The bedroom was huge, and on the ground floor which was super convenient with a large suitcase! The host Martina, and her daughter Benedetta, were absolutely delightful...so welcoming and warm, and very responsive with communications.

There was nothing not to like!

I had the most excellent time at this hotel - from a beautiful welcome when I arrived 9am on Friday Morning - I could leave my luggage there as the rooms are not ready until 2pm - It was great to get a tour of the room and the building and given the keys to the room, the house and the front gate so I could come and go at my leisure . There is a kitchen with fresh water available also. The staff were warm and welcoming and very friendly and cleaned the room very well. This place is very close to the train station and about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Verona with all the attractions and local shops. I felt safe and welcomed as a solo guest and I cannot thank you enough for your hosting. The room was beautiful with private shower and bathroom - and had a TV, towels, free great Wifi signal and lots of other bits, all nicely decorated and fresh. I will be returning - I just so left early this morning so I couldn't say a personal thank you to the host and staff but i highly recommend! Also to pay £145 for 3 nights was almost a third of the price of other hotels in the area - its exceptional value for money for the room and the location .
