The room was super clean and it had a pretty good size. The facilities are not modern but very presentable. Silvio, is very nice and attentive to the guests needs. The location is absolutely great and if you are comfortable with riding the bike it'll be even better but I walked everywhere and it was great. 13 min walking from the train station and 15min walking from Piazza Bra.

Breakfast could be a bit more diverse but it was okay overall. I was located close to the kitchen so it was a bit noisy in the morning.

Was looking for an apartment style accommodation to share with a friend for a long weekend (as opposed to sharing a hotel room) and this b&b was perfect. We each had our room and shared a bathroom. The host was very understanding of our late arrival due to a long flight delay, and great at replying to messages. The breakfast was also very good and included coffee, eggs and a range of yogurts and toast options. He went above and beyond and told us about the history and tourist attractions to visit in Verona.

I think for the price we paid we got a great deal.

Host was amazing. Gave us lots of useful information and advice of how to pack the most into our stay in Verona. His recommendation of where to eat was fantastic and so much cheaper than where we had planned to go. Even had cushions to loan out for the Opera. Clean and perfect for our stay. Air con was good for all areas. Could walk everywhere we needed. Close to train station and tourist areas.

Great service from a friendly, knowledgeable host who made us breakfast every morning. The apartment was clean, comfortable and walking distance to the historic center.

You do hear some noise from the rooms above, and when they use the hot water, you hear the heater in the kitchen ignite. It wasn’t a problem for us, but could be if you’re a light sleeper.

The location is very near to the old town. The owner is very friendly and he provided useful sightseeing tips. I take picture only one of the room. In the other room there was a comfortable double bed.

The bulding is at the end of a blind alley, which is very narrow because of the parking cars. My first impression was that we lost. 😁

The city center is easily reachable on foot. The host was very friendly and shared helpful tips about sightseeing. There is parking and garage available.

The room is part of a private house, and breakfast is served in the shared kitchen and dining area. The furnishings are simple, but the space is comfortable, more of a homely setup.

Silvio was an amazing host, he gave us a history on the city, lots of great tips and recommendations, and was really kind and funny. The location was perfect, only 15 k minute walk into central Verona. The apartment was lovely and clean with a large balcony!

The heat in the main area of our rooms was quite hot, but Silvio gave us recommendations on how to fix it!

It's in a GREAT location, half a block away from Uffizi and Plaza Signoria. The room was very big and the bathroom too;

The There is a staircase to arrive at reception, but they help you with your bags. The decoration in room was not modern, but very spacious and comfortable

Very good contact with the host. The owner provided us with some helpful information regarding entrance tickets, transport, petrol stations and restaurants. He himself served continental breakfast from 7 am. The place has a narrow parking lot in front of the garage.

It was not mentioned that the facility was located very close to railway tracks. (I did not check the map) However, in the bathroom we found earplugs. Luckily, there was no need to use them over the weekend becasue not many trains passed so we woke up rested.

With my friend we spent there 3 nights. Really good time in Verona. Amazing and really friendly host. Really comfortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom and room as well. Amazing that there is an AC in the room. Access to ironing facilities. Good breakfast. Really recommend staying there. Close to the city centre. 15 minutes by feet.
