We stayed here during a trip through Italy and we really liked this hotel! We chose it as we hadn’t been to Verona before and we thought it would be a safe option. It exceeded our expectations! It was modern, clean and v close to the main attractions - the arena etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, for example they let us store our bags there the day we checked out. The bed was comfy and the shower was also great. It was overall a really good experience- convenient, friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, it was one of the very few hotels in the old city, right outside of the ZTL (restricted traffic area), where you can leave your car in front of the hotel and then walk to all the historical sights. There are parking places in the street, they look safe, and the lady at the reception was very kind to help us with a free parking voucher that we had to place in the car under the windshield.

They have an Alexa in every room, in theory you would be able to control lights, temperature, play music, ask questions about the hotel and so on. We played with it, we had a bit of fun, but it was really a gimmick, nothing really works. The touch scren of the temperature control on the wall was also not working well, and with the A/C blasting on max cold by default, it took me a while to figure out how to set a more pleasant atmosphere. I would have much preferred to have just a very simple thermostat and not all this high tech system that proves to be hard to use.

I had a superior room with a lovely quiet private terrace, two chairs and a table to sit out with. The location of the hotel within 7 minutes walk of the Roman arena was perfect too, very convenient for sightseeing and for going to events in the arena and for sightseeing. The Roman Theatre across the Ponte Pietra bridge is around a 25 minute walk but the city is safe to walk around in late at night as I did on my own after another summer event.

The hot breakfast items could have been hotter but this is a very minor thing.

Spacious room. There was an Alexa in the room which was a nice touch. We could only lower the ac to a certain degree and no more so the room was a bit warm to our liking. It was short walk to all the attractions. We found a great BbQ truck outside of the tomb of Juliet which was just down the street that was awesome and really inexpensive dinner.

Great Location. Very easy to get to/from Porta Nuova train station. Walking distance to all major attractions. Staff members are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. I got a very nice room with balcony which was fantastic. All facilities and my room are very clean and nicely decorated. Will come back on my next trip to Verona. Highly recommend.

Would have been nice if breakfast were offered for free or at a lower cost. However, there are coffee bars right around the hotel so it is very convenient to get breakfast in the morning

The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English for which we were very grateful. The location is ideal, under a ten minute walk to the Arena. The room was basic but functional, clean and comfortable. We considered the room to be good value for money.

The bathroom was a little dated and tired. At breakfast some foods had run out, which was a shame.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, informative and supportive. Breakfast was lovely and a big thank you to the lady who had my coffee ready without even asking every morning. The desk staff were wonderful too and so welcoming and one traversed the lobby. The hotel was central and very close to the arena just a 5 min walk in the evenings. And all other sights were within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping staff were great at suppling anything if requested. I stayed at this hotel last year while attending opera festival and will be staying there for next years festival.

Everything was perfect! The room and the bathroom were very clean with fresh air without any strong detergent scent (very important for someone who has allergies or is smell sensitive). Very good (not soft) beds. Very good sound isolation (one can only hear voices from the corridor). Extraordinary staff :) The hotel is not in the very center of Verona, but just a few steps, that allows to escape the crowds. Peaceful, near to the police station and the post office with the ATM. A homemade ice-creams cafe place vis-a-vis. There is a little shop just next doors where one can buy local food products (as there's nothing at the airport, it's ideal to buy there food-gifts before travelling abroad). The best extra thing during our stay was someone playing piano in the Sunday evening :) It exceeded our expectations and we will surely come back while on our way thorough Verona :)

The hotel, the location, the complimentary cakes and juices at the hotel entrance every afternoon, the hospitality of all staff members were exceptional!!!

The online booking system (with foreign bank account) was complicated. My initial booking was cancelled and for the second time it was unnecessary complicated. The employee on the phone though was quite polite and helpful (something we experienced with all the staff during our stay ☺️).

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable with good-sized rooms. But it is a quite a walk from the main tourist areas that one normally visits in Verona. Would have given this hotel a solid 9 if it were in a better location closer to the tourist traps. Walking is not really a problem for me, but I was with a 6-year old boy who could not take such a distance, both ways everyday.
