The size of the apartment was great, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom was massive with a great shower that was hot immediately. The kitchen was working in order and cooked food quickly.

When entering the apartment it smelt like cigarette smoke and we had to open all the windows to remove the smell. The information was a bit misleading all the photos online show you are virtually outside of the arena but there are actually multiple locations which are not disclosed on booking.com so we felt a bit let down. Also you have to pay €5 for the luggage storage ? Why ? You pay money to stay at the property - felt this was very upsetting and just a way to somehow look for more money. At 9:50am so 10 minutes before checkout the lady who cleans the room walked into our apartment and demanded we leave immediately. We still have 9ish minutes to leave so felt this was rude.

they got us an upgrade (from the Shakespeare Studio to the Casa Verdi Apartment) which was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed it a lot. Staff was very friendly and willing to help and everything in the apartment was spotless clean and organized. The apartment was well equipped and the location was great! I was surprised with the hairdryer in the bathroom, because it wasn't in the description, but I hadn't brought mine so it was great having one. The girl at the reception in the evening also sent us some recommendations of places to eat in the city, which were great as well.

The location was incredible. We really enjoyed the view from our balcony and the convenience of the location. The room was clean and up to date. It also had plenty of natural light to make the space very homey. It was a well equipped apartment that had all the basic items you would need. The bathroom was very large and relatively new. The shower was also big enough to bath comfortably. I found the sleeper sofa quite comfortable unlike most others I have slept on. There is a small elevator right in front of the door if needed. The apartment also has AC but, even with the daily temperature around 25 degrees, it was not needed. I would definitely recommend Truly Verona to others who want to visit Verona.

Good location for self catering being 5 minute walk to Aldi and sightseeing as amphitheatre and other sites all close by. Self check in but very helpful reception staff nearby if you need any help or want to leave your bags. The apartment itself is very modern and nicely decorated. All the usual amenities including cookware etc for self catering. Comfortable bed and a lot of storage space for clothes. WiFi strength was excellent. Spacious en suite with a great shower. Visiting in winter it was incredible value for money.

No tea towel for drying dishes only paper towels. Suggest you bring your own if self catering.

Location right in the city center, excellent check in instructions, cleanliness, amenities, very nice building with two grocery shops that work 7 days a week.

A month ahead of the trip I started receiving phishing messages re this trip both via Booking.com app and on my email. That probably does not have anything to do with Truly Verona, but I had to verify using TV's default email address - when I tried to verify via Booking.com, the phishers intercepted the communication and were answering my messages persistently demanding bank info. Looks like Booking.com has serious security issues.

Amazing and big apartment in the heart of Verona. View to the Arena is breathtaking! No parking allowed around, but the public garage is not so far, as well as grocery store. Close to all must see places in Verona. Great wine bar and shop with fresh lokal bread, cheese and meat across the street (you can see it from the window). Helpful management and easy self check-in. The only minus is the loud Cuban bar downstairs. They are trying to turn down the level of the music after 11 pm, but it doesn’t seem working.

We had a fantastic trip to Verona staying here! We typically stay at hotels and avoid the likes of AirBNB, but this apartment was in such a fantastic location and looked great on the pictures. The Juliet studio room is about 3 minutes walk to the arena, and is situated right next to a fantastic pizzeria called Leon D’oro so we felt like we were right in a sweet spot. The room itself was really big, fitted with modern furnishings and a great bathroom. We made great use of the kitchen’s mini fridge to store our wine and snacks while we sat on the small balcony people watching. Brilliant communication from booking to check out from the Truly Verona team, and they even watched our bags after check out to let us go explore the city for one more day before flying home. Would stay again and recommend to all!

A perfect solid 10' ! The absolute best location to explore the old city of Verona. The apartment is brand new, luxurious, insulated with floor heating and constant hot water, the bed is for King's and overall includes all the amenities you'll need to make your stay in Verona an unforgettable visit! The most kind and helping receptionist team ever, especially (and my deepest appreciation and gratitude to) * * miss Sofia * *, an exceptional hotelier professional that will guide you wilingful through her witty suggestions to explore all of Verona's secret charms! It was my very first time in Verona city (and Veneto region) and made me love it, longing to return as you simply can't ever have enough of it!

We loved our stay in Verona. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The apartment was in the heart of the city with the view from the balcony being the arena and short walks from the main tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they sent us messages before we even arrived asking if there was anything they could do to help us. They went above and beyond to make our trip amazing.

We absolutely loved the apartment, the only thing that was a bit frustrating was below the apartment there is a bar that played very loud music until early hours of the morning (around 1-2am) both nights that we were there. This did keep us awake but this was not Truly Verona’s fault.

The staff were so amazing and answered all our questions quickly and efficiently via WhatsApp. The location of the apartment was perfect. We could walk to all the main areas within 15 minutes. The air conditioning worked amazingly well and was definitely needed as it was around 35 degrees outside when we visited Verona. The apartment was clean, perhaps could do with replacing the toothbrush holder but apart from that it was great for what we needed!

It didn’t bother us, but it’s good to note that the bedroom is in the eaves so there is no wardrobe upstairs and there is a very low bed.
