The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I mean it! The beds are super comfortable, they even provide memory-foam pillows. The bathroom has almost everything you need, the rest could be got from the reception. Bathrobes and slippers were also provided. Fantastic breakfast though coffee could have been better.

The first impression from the room was a bit negative as the design was so basic, actually there is no design at all, zero efforts was made to make a room cozy which I expected from a hotel in Italy. But when you realise how thoroughly they clean the room and how thoughtful it is equipped, you do not see these flows. Little touch with few decoration would have changed the impression.

We received a really nice welcome and were checked in in no time by Jenny 10/10 friendly knowledgeable and professional , which didn’t end there she remained in the same manner throughout our Stay. Very polite and helpful a real credit to Best Western Hotels as were all of the staff we met throughout our visit

Location, good breakfast, professional staff

There were practically no tv channels in languages other than Italian which is strange in a hotel belonging to an international chain. The ventilation/ heating system was ok for me only because I always use earplugs, even at home. It might be too loud for some people if not using earplugs. There was Alexa set in the room that I certainly do not use but no international tv channels which is more widely used than Alexa, in my opinion…

The hotel is in a central location of the old town, about 6 mins walk to the arena but the neighborhood is relatively quiet. The stuff was really helpful especially a lady (sorry I forgot to ask your name) who was very considerate and kind. She helped me a lot when I accidentally burned my feet, thank you! The hotel is also clean enough and the breakfast is nice! I give my high recommendation of this hotel and would stay again if I come to visit Verona in future.

Maybe the furniture is a bit of out dated.

Breakfast is good but could be better with different type of eggs (like omlette) and more choices of cheese There was little light coming from some points on the wall in the room. I was too tired i could sleep but normally those lights disturb me.

nice small hotel in the city center, just 5 min walk of main attractions. staff was very cordial. parking was not supplied but the hotel gives you a pass that you can use, and you can easily park nearby the hotel without searching for long time. very happy about their sustainable view on bathroom amenities and towels.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms well appointed (e.g. tea and coffee making facilities). The area is quiet and very convenient both for exploring the city on foot and for trips outside Verona. The are very good dining options nearby. For the standard and the location it is reasonably priced.

There is really nothing to criticise.

The location was excellent, not far from Piazza Bra, but quiet enough at night. The room was huge, and it was great to have something to sit on other than a basic chair, the sofa was bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, having Alexa in the room was great too. Breakfast was mainly continental and a good selection of pastries, they also offered a few hot items.

Hotel Armando was chosen for its convenient, but quiet, location close to the historic centre of Verona, as it was a one day overnight stay, ending our trip to Venice and Lake Garda. The hotel staff were really welcoming and helpful. They were able and happy to facilitate an early check-in and extended our check-out time by an hour, stored our luggage and arranged airport transfer. The room was of generous proportions - more like a family room - including an extremely comfortable kingsize bed, large sofa, desk and double width ensuite shower. There were tea/coffee making facilities for which they very kindly provided fresh milk when we requested. Breakfast was a tasty continental style buffet, but included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages cereals, cold meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, juices, pastries, breads and hot beverages. The walk from the hotel to the Arena and historic centre was a simple, direct route, which took all of ten minutes.

Nothing to dislike.

Girls at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. We book for one night for Opera and it was hard to find a hotel in the walking distance from Arena. This small cosy place at a quiet street is really a find. Also its not a problem to find a parking at the nearby streets, just collect permit for free parking at the reception.
