Apartment was visually attractive, very clean, and well positioned - with three restaurants, two bars, and a convenience store all within 2 mins walking distance. It was also very close to the riverside promenade. Basic coffee-making facilities and some Initial supplies (coffee, tea, biscotti, jam) were welcomed. Initial access is via a nearby hotel which has an all-day concierge desk.

The positioning of the furniture could be improved: the bed in the middle of the room and the wardrobe taking up most of the wallspace meant no room for bedside tables and a cramped sitting aea. The fiddly all-electronic lighting system was faulty - so no bedside lights.

Fantastic location, very central and yet a quiet area at night time. Modern bright space. Great shower! Lovely little breakfast basket & handy to have cutlery etc.. in the room too. Very clean.

The walls are a little thin, we could hear the toddler next door! The sofa pull out bed was a bit too firm for us. We got lost as couldn't see the name plaque with the restaurant canopy covering it!! Maps brought us as far as the hotel for check in only

Excellent location in a less crowded part of the city center, still within short walking distance to all attractions. You have to check-in in a hotel nearby. Everyone at check-in was very kind and helpful, even managed us a free street parking nearby. Comfortable beds, clean room and bedroom. Quality linen and towels. Very effective air conditioning. Coffee, tea, cold water and some packed snacks are at your disposal in the room.

Some more options to hang your clothes, hats, etc would greatly improve the comfort of the room.

The location is in the city center. It was very clean and like new. Big rooms, big and comfortable beds. I think the beds were 2x2m . Water, toast bread, Nutella, Cookies, jam, honey, tea and coffee maker were in the rooms. The staff was very nice and answered all our questions. The apartment does not have its own parking, but with the ticket received you can park for free in the area without paying if you find a free space. We found. If not, there is a parking lot 5 minutes from the apartments where you pay 10 euros for 24 hours.

Beautiful apartment in a historic building, yet modern facilities. Tasteful interior. Staffed reception at nearby hotel, which was very friendly and helpful too.

Bedroom faces street and has no shutters or blinds (only thin curtains). Was quite bright at night. Only real downside for us.

Really lovely space, very spacious and with all the ammenities. Basic snacks for breakfast were provided as well as towels, hair dryer and shampoo/soap in the shower. Very well located in the city.

We would have sometimes issues with the card system to get in through the main door. In the hall of the building there was also a strong smell of sewer (which wasn't an issue for the room itself).

Easy check in and check out. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Great set of towels with complimentary water and snacks. Bathroom was also all new, spacious and great shower. Amazing place and close enough from all main sights.

Light in the bedroom was difficult to find the right bright setting

Location very close to Arena and the city centre. Very quiet area. Big and design room.

Windows don't have blackout curtains. The room is inside an apartment so we suffered for the noisy next-door neighbours. No elevator in the building

Although not for everyone, this worked well for me. Good location, near Piazza Bra, totally walkable near public transportation not too noisy after dark.

The room was far larger than i expected, with a couch as well as a dining table. A bonus 'breakfast' basket was provided. Exceptionally clean.

The location was about 10 minute walk to the nearest tourist site, which was a bit of a grind in the summer heat.
