It was a great location, though a little confusing having a checking at the main hotel, but rooms located across the street - easy enough once you were there though.

Not very sound-proof, considering Verona is the romance location for Italy, there was a lot of intimate sounds coming from the room next door that I could have gone without hearing. Also shower drains are not cleaned so the shower water wouldn’t drain for a long time, so you were standing in shower water, that was ok, until things came back up from the drain into the shower

Great location near arena with lots of options to eat and drink. Plenty of towels. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful

Breakfast room was across a main road in the hotel and was rather cramped when busy. Shower was very small but powerful and very sensitive. Room fixtures were a bit worn with dents and marks. Power sockets were in an odd place in the bed headrest with only one bedside lamp. No english tv channel. Stairwell lighting not always available

The rooms are just across the street from the Hotel (so keep in mind that you are not staying in a hotel), so you can easily walk to the hotel for breakfast. The rooms are in the center, so everything is in walking distance. The location is on a secondary street, so away from traffic noise, although there are three restaurants on the street, so if your room will face the street in can be noisy. It looks just like a hotel room, so you will not feel any difference. Everything was clean, you get cleaning every day. There are a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance and a private parking in walking distance also (if the one from the hotel is fully booked).

The maids start the cleaning early in the morning which might wake you up. Also, in one morning o e of them was talking loudly on the telephone, so better training in this direction would be needed.

The room was spacious and a travel cot was provided. It was quiet and comfortable and finding out that breakfast was included was a real bonus and it was excellent. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the train station and the city sights. The staff were brilliant with great restaurant recommendations and we were able to leave our bags to let us go exploring Verona.

The air con struggled to keep the room cool at night, but that's to be expected in August when we are used to the Scottish weather!

The location was right in piazza Bra where the Arena is. Lots of restaurants and cafes and a street full of shops. Short walk to piazza Del Erbe and to other attractions. The breakfast was great at the Hotel with a great variety to choose from. The room was just normal, but clean. Ealking distance from the train statio

The curtains were so long that it swept the floor making it dirty so didn't look clean at all.

Fantastic location only a 15 min walk from the train station and a few steps from the old town and the arena. Great base to explore Verona. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of items, perfect to set you up for a day of siteseeing.

Only thing missing, would have been great to have had a kettle to be able to make tea or coffee in the room.

Have to say hotel was fantastic staff was very helpful we stayed at the Mastino Rooms just two minutes across the road Cleaning staff were second to none very friendly and professional! Grazie rooms were spotless,Breakfast was great, a great choice of food staff was excellent! Grazie

If I had one comment would be the size of the room was a bit small however perfect for a couple.

The Reception staff were very polite, extremely helpful and patient. They organised our taxi service from and back to the Airport, which worked like a treat. Our room was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. The self servicer beakfast was excellent and the staff were attentive.

We would have liked a hot drink making facility in the bedroom. Would have liked more hangers in the wardrobe.

Excellent location near to arena. Clean and modern room. Very good breakfast. We arrived early in the morning and were allowed to leave our suitcase in safe storage so we could explore Verona. We had an early flight home and staff allowed us to have breakfast at 6.45 am (instead of 7am) and they ordered a taxi for us at 7.05.

Room was quite compact and was in an annexe 40 metres from main hotel where you check in and have breakfast.

The staff was very friendly. We had room in the other building that is in front of the actual Hotel. The room was big and clean. Good bed. The location is perfect. 20 minutes away from station and really clos to every atraction. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The only thing was that the bath was too small. And there was no tea or coffee to drink in the room.
