The hotel was in an ideal location, close to caffès, Piazza Bra and amphitheatre. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault the facilities and breakfast was generous.

Location was near the city gate and main square, with Porto Nuevo bus/rail station being a 15 minute walk away. The area is pleasant with many good restaurants close by. My room was at the rear of the hotel and quiet at night - the rooms at the front may be noisier but everything in the vicinity closes up at midnight so this shouldn't be a big issue. The rooms were a decent size, and provided with adequate amenities. The aircon worked very well. Cleaning service was good, and the buffet breakfast had a decent array of continental style options with very nice quality.

It's maybe just the Italian way, but reception staff could have felt a bit more welcoming. Interactions always seemed a little cold.

The location was fantastic. Close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Everything is walking distance since this hotel is right you know what it is at the Coliseum. Very cozy and family like environment type Hotel. Parking was excellent as the hotel was accommodative with their private garage. Loading and unloading luggage was a snap. The hotel upgraded our room and we had two balconies in our room with a view. Be sure to request the hotel to reserve the garage if you're parking a car.

If you're driving a car, the hotel is somewhat difficult to find. The police had the street blocked for an event so after several attemps and calls to the hotel, it took us about 30 minutes to finally realize we needed help. There were many streets that cars were not allowed into. The room was somewhat small but typical for a European size room. Since we had rooms facing the shopping areas it was somewhat noisy at night. Not a deal breaker since we liked our room. Benefits outweigh the detriments. We would definitely stay there again in that same room.

The location is fantastic, about 100m from Piazza Bra, which is right next to the ampitheatre and many restaurants. It’s also about 200m from the river, which is nice. The bed was very comfortable, the staff spoke very good English and they were very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would come back.

Our room looked over the front of the hotel. There was a restaurant / bar outside and it was quite noisy as we stayed on a Friday night.

Very central with the main attractions within close walking distance. I went to the hotel early just to leave my bags before check-in, but they offered to check me in earlier, which was very helpful! The room was clean and quiet, with good wardrobe space. Staff were very professional. Good choices for breakfast

My room smelled of cigarette smoke which was off-putting. My room was quite small and dark, and the view wasn’t great, but I was only there for one night, so it wasn’t too big of a problem.

This is a lovely hotel, tucked away from the main arena area, but still closely located to the main attractions, Arena Di Verona was only a 3min walk from the hotel, which was the purpose of my stay. A lovely collection of bars & restaurants just outside the hotel as well. Car parking was also a great advantage as well.

Everything was perfect. Nothing bad at all to say about it.

Location was excellent, 100 m from the Congress venue and central square, everything in walking distance. Central position, safe area, plenty of restaurants and bars. The town of unexpected beauty. Photos on site accurate. Old but well preserved hotel. Cozy even though very small room, but exactly what I needed. Good bathroom. Clean and simple.

The bad was not good, not recommendable for longer stays if you have back problems. In my room weak free Wifi, but anyway I was only sleeping in room. Initial misunderstanding, on reception which was overpassed easily. A nIce gesture was a complimentary free of charge breakfast, on check out.

Small, but clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely staff. They manage parking all the cars very well. Awesome breakfast with all the bells and whistles. Location right next to the theatre and all the bars and restaurants. Perfect location to start your evening stroll through the city or enjoying the opera.

Great location around the corner from P.Bra and 1 min the other direction to the castle. Supermarket for water etc within 2 mins. Very comfortable hotel - air conditioning worked very well in our room which was important as very hot when we were in Verona. Good breakfast with all the usual offerings - fresh fruit, lot of veg, meat and cheeses, boiled eggs. Right beside 2 late night (to about 1 am) cafes which are lovely to sit outside for a last drink. Hotel Reception staffed 24 hours.

Nothing - we enjoyed our stay

I loved million times the location! Perfect, in the middle of everything. Big Big Like for it!

The view from our room was not the expected one, a near building and in between like an empty pool, somehow scary :) Wouldn’t describe like something particularly bad, just i would prefer a nicer view.
