The property was ideally located - only a 5-min walk to the Arena/city center. It was also located within a very private courtyard, far from the street, so it was extremely quiet & private. It had lovely high ceilings, was very clean and was well supplied.

Please provide a full length MIRROR!! A WC mirror is grossly inadequate! People (both men and women) want to see how they look in an outfit, from top to bottom. We want to know if our back sides look ok, if our shoes match our clothes. Surely the fashionable Italian people understand this. A full length mirror is very cheap and takes no space. Please just get one for your next guests! Also, Arianna was very kind to replace the non-working light in one of the WCs and the old shower head which was impossible to use (and she did so right away), but it would have been nice if those things were already fixed before we arrived instead of waiting for us to complain about it.

Our stay at B&B al19 was superb! The apartment had everything we needed, and a nice large open living space. We wish we could have stayed longer! Our plan did not include breakfast, however we enjoyed coffee just a few seconds down the road. The overall location was perfect, and our host Arianna was most accommodating and attentive! We LOVED Verona, and can't wait to return!

Extremely friendly host and a very special place for a stay. We felt like living at an old friend's home, not a hotel. The parking is in the house which makes it perfect for travellers by car. The hotel is a two rooms place, meaning that you get your privacy. The room was very cosy and nicely decorated. The window view gives you a feeling of living in one of these old italian movies. Very nice!

The breakfast was very tasty with great italian coffee. Still remember its nice taste. I would only kindly recommend to add butter to the breakfast menu ;)

We travelled throughout Europe for three weeks staying at six accommodations and this one was in the top 3 for sure. Arianna met us when we arrived and she was very welcoming. We took a taxi from the train station that cost around 15 euros. The room was great and the breakfast was wonderful. Fridge was stocked with juices and water to start your day. Location is close enough to walk to all parts of the city. Was very happy with the stay.

Absolutely nothing everything was perfect The only little suggestion & this is not a negative in any way is possibly a mirror in bedroom so one person can be using whilst the other in bathroom

Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of cold cuts, cereal and pastry. Great location, it’s outside of the busy areas but a very easy to walk to everything in the city centre. We forgot to book parking at the property and it was full, but we were recommended a well priced parking lot that was easy to get to. Great communication by the host.

From Arianna & Stella’s friendly service, to the spacious room & comfy bed, to the cute little breakfast in the morning, this accommodation was exceptional. Location is so close to the centre - only a short 10min walk! All round perfect stay! If we are ever back in Verona, we will stay at B&B al 19 again!

Our host was absolutely exceptional. She was extremely welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond to assist our specific needs. Communication with her was very easy. She gave wonderful restaurant recommendations. She lives close by if there is anything at all you need. We only had great things to stay about this booking!

We loved the location and the apartment. We stayed in the loft apartment. It was beautifully furnished and nice and big for a family with teenage kids. We also thought the staff was amazing. Not only did we get great suggestions and tips for places in Verona but we had a problem with one of the toilets and it was fixed within hours! Quite impressive!

There is nothing I didn’t like about the apartment. Although I would suggest offering the breakfast to the people in the loft for an extra price. That would have been nice to have that option.

Great location away from the congestion; can easily walk to all sites within minutes. Bedroom (green room) spacious with very comfortable bed. Bathroom spacious with large tub. Easy communication and check-in. Elevator for part of the way. Very quiet.

You share close quarters with the other room/suite. This unit is an apartment with a small kitchen and lounge. The two bedrooms are next to each other in a hallway. I was fortunate to have a lovely family in the suite while I was in the other bedroom (with private bathroom). if you want more privacy you may find these quarters too close. This said, this would be perfect accommodations for 2 couples or 2 -3 singles- you would rent both rooms and have the place to yourself. There are no views from the shared space.
