This is lovely property with quite spacious suites and a very ample breakfast, conveniently situated nest the river and an easy walking distance to attractions in the centre. Big comfy beds and nice bathroom, nice kitchenette if you have time! Lovely, very helpful staff.

The manager thought he was doing us a favour giving us a large room with 2 king beds. As we are a couple, one large bed would have sufficed (and more room to walk about or sit in the bedroom). Also our suite was ground floor with not much natural light and textured glass half windows so certainly no view. The air conditioning was rather tricky and seemed to turn on while we were out but turned off when we pit the card in the slot that controls the room’s power. Although it wasn’t too hot it is nice to at least turn the fan for circulation while sleeping and we couldn’t work that out.

The hotel is in exactly the right spot, close to the historical centre but not actually in it…so peaceful at night. The rooms was serviced regularly and the towels were changed twice a day which was really nice. Air con coped very well with excessive heat while we were there. Excellent shower. The reception were even able to give us cushions for the opera

We were in a studio apartment and found it a little dark, the bathroom however was very light.

It was a wonderful city break. Thanks to the staff, they were very responsive, we asked for a blanket for the stroller- they found a blanket, we asked for additional chairs- and they brought chairs. The staff at breakfast are simply wonderful, helpful women, thanks to the lady who cleaned the room, everything was clean and there was enough of everything. Breakfast is delicious, simple but has everything enough, good coffee. Location perfect in central.

In the apartment kitchen there is not enough seating for a family of 4 to have dinner all together.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly. The cleaners did a superb job every day. Breakfast was brilliant, lovely scrambled eggs, and the waitress was very good. The bathroom was good, our kids loved the disco light in the shower!

The lounge was a little cramped and the sofa bed was not overly comfy.

This is a newly renovated hotel right at the castle in Verona. It's walking distance to every attraction and shopping in town. The staff are so lovely and helpful (they let us borrow the pillow to see the opera at the arena.) The room is really new and comfortable. Despite the hot summer outside, the aircon is still working perfectly well.

We liked everything you’d expect and more at the Verona House Aparthotel. The staff were some of the best we encountered on our Italy tour, especially Stefano but everyone was above and beyond friendly and helpful - also had excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location, within a few minutes walking of the Arena and the historic part of town, is priceless on a hot hot day when you’re able to go back to the hotel for a break. The room was beautifully decorated and obviously some thought put into the tasteful design - cannot fault anything. Would go back in a heart beat! Thank you VH Aparrhotel for making our stay so enjoyable.

Communication was excellent. The location was close to all major sites and we had a great view of the castle. The hotel was just outside the ZTL which is great for those driving.

The breakfast was OK but not the best we’ve had during our stay in Italy.

Great location, just 10 mins walk from the Arena & Piazza Bra. Family room was fabulous, really spacious & clean, the disco shower was lovely. A beautiful modern interior in a lovely old building. Breakfast was great. a vast selection of hot and cold food in super cute dishes. Best breakfast we’ve had in Italy. We would recommend a restaurant called Ristorante Nastro Azzurro In Piazza Bra, fabulous food & welcoming staff. We strongly recommend the Verona House Aparthotel. We will definitely return. An absolute gem. It exceeded our expectations. The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing not to like.

Big recommendation for this place. We stayed there for three nights and everything was great. The location is great, the staff is wonderful and helpful, everybody so kind.Our accommodation was very clean and big enough. We were here with our dog and everything was great. Breakfast was very good. If we ever go back to Verona, we definitely gonna stay here again.

All the stuff was really helpful and very kind! They really did everything possible to help us and especially with my 1 year old baby. The location is excellent and the breakfast really good!

Unfortunately the baby bed that was provided to us was in really bad shape. It was old and very dirty. Unfortunately the filth of the baby bed has caused skin disease to our baby.
