Luxury, very small (3 suites and one room), up-market boutique hotel - very spacious room - high ceilings - extremely well appointed - great location. Decent gym and sauna (which we didn't use). Although expensive, objectively, it is great value for money on a per sq ft basis. Very friendly, helpful and courteous manager.

The only room service is for breakfast (which was very nice). We knew this so not a problem. But if you want the full-service level that you get from a high-end hotel (i.e. 24hr room service) you will be disappointed. Reception desk only attended part-time (but very responsive to WhatsApp etc).

Our stay truly exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from everything you need to see in Verona. The level of customer service is exceptional. Artur goes above and beyond to make you feel genuinely welcome in a very professional way. The place itself is simply out of this world. Everything is high-end and creates a real wow effect from the moment you walk in. The breakfast was excellent, and the option for valet parking was a great convenience. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Julia and Artur did everything to make our stay truly unforgettable, and we absolutely loved every moment of it. Thank you ! Palazzo Monga is a wonderful stay experience! The suites are very well appointed with little touches that make it a remarkable travel experience that doesn't feel like just another high end hotel. Located in the heart of Verona, it is close to everything. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Nothing to note except that when arriving by car be sure to call them for exact instructions on how to get there. Verona's narrow, pedestrian filled streets can make navigating there a bit daunting.

One of the best hotels in Europe in terms of hospitality, cleanliness and space, taking care of customers from before arriving to leaving the hotel, one of the most wonderful experiences and I recommend everyone to stay in this upscale and luxurious hotel. It is considered in the city center and close to all tourist places. I would certainly like to thank Mr. Arthur. For dealing with all professionalism and facilitating all difficulties, and I thank the owner for ensuring our comfort, and this rarely happens in hotels. You will never find anything that you don’t like

Location of this place is perfect. Room is very spacious and everything is very luxury and clean. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Three balconies .We would come back again.

30 euro for breakfast seems to me a bit more. But everybody has a choise to have breakfast in the room or outside in some of the caffereias. So it is not a big problem.

Beautifully appointed rooms with ever little detail covered. Quiet but yet wonderful, central location. Loved the bathroom/shower and the temperature control. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. Arthur at the front desk was extraordinarily helpful and communicative with ever detail and provided great restaurant and guide recommendations. Would absolutely return if we are back in Verona and highly recommend.

Can’t think of a thing.

The suite is beautiful, with splendid wall papers, exuisit parquet floor,and magnificent chandelier. Very good breakfast is served in the room, for which you can choose from a great variety the evening before. The bed is very comfortable, as well as the bathroom. The best asset is Arthur , who is super kind and helpfull, always with a smile, letting us to feel at home. Location is perfect, close to everything in Verona.

Aside from the spectacular attention to detail in this beautifully curated hotel, the concierge was exceptional! The best I have ever experienced. Arthur was a saint. I’ll miss Palazzo Monga and the staff. They truly made our honeymoon so special. I hope to return in the future.

Our stay at Palazzo Monga Boutique Guesthouse in Verona was nothing short of fantastic and romantic. The Royal Suite room exuded stunning beauty, creating a luxurious and intimate atmosphere. The delicious breakfast, combined with the ideal location and attentive staff who were readily available via WhatsApp, made our experience truly memorable and delightful.

The only downside of our stay at Palazzo Monga Boutique Guesthouse was the cruel reality of time—we wished we could've stayed longer.

Beautifully restored, authentic, Palazzo. Great attention to detail. Extremely clean and comfortable. Amazing location with 5-10 minute walk to the must see Verona attractions but very quiet and private. Made to order breakfast outstanding and must. We were kindly upgraded to their finest suite by Arturo and it was most appreciated! Thank you! Would definitely return to this special place!
