Location is in a very quiet, nice residential part of town. About a twenty minute walk into the heart old town verona. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a very large bathroom. Breafast is served from 9 to 10 only. But it was in a pleasant setting with a nice selection, including a warm baguette, cheese and sliced meats. Emme was very friendly and attentive, making you coffee in the morning. The decor is a little eclectic, mostly modern in red, white, and black. A huge bonus for those arriving by car was easy, super convenient, free street parking right in front of the property.

We booked the room #5 with a private terrace, but there were two issues with it. First there were 2 small dogs from next door that barked at us occasionally when we came out. Second, the patio furniture wasn't clean to sit on, maybe we were too early in the season. There is also a delightful public terrace with a trellis and lots of plants that you could use.

Ami was lovely and so friendly and welcoming.. the house was lovely and the decor superb. Our room was large and so clean and comfy. The breakfast was excellent with a lovely variety of options. The decoration and the lovely terrace and gardens were beautiful some of the ornaments and decorations were just superb. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to family and friends Thank you Ami xx

More coffee & milk in the room.

This place was absolutely stunning. It was incredibly romantic. The gardens were gorgeous. The minibar in the room had prices that were less expensive than some local markets. It was great that the place gave telephone numbers and recommendations for restaurants within walking distance. The parking was simple and FREE! The beds were comfortable and the private balconies were lovely.

I wish that I could have figured out how to connect to Netflix or a streaming service from the room. Tiny barking dogs early in the morning were a minor annoyance.

The location was ideal, close to everything yet distanced from traffic. It was easy to explore the city on foot, whch we usually prefer. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh (cakes and jams homemade by the owner). The beds were comfortable, and we slept really well thanks to the quiet surroundings. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, with lovely views over the city, a shaded garden and a refreshing pool.

A lovely place to stay just out of the middle of town - about an 15-18min walk. The room was large and very comfortable with a large windows and good light. The bathroom was also a good size - light and airy. There was a lovely Italian breakfast each morning and we loved chatting with our host. There are some great small family restaurants at the bottom of the street and also a great coin laundry if you need to do some washing

When you get to know the directions, you will figure out that the resident is located in a suitable area. Transportation is nearby. Busses from central station and to city center are 2 min walk. Emmanuela, the owner is very nice and welcoming Breakfast was nice

The resident is located on a small hill and if you arrive by bus, it's not an easy walk with luggage...

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ample and very nice served on the terrace and inside in a small dining area. It consisted of delicious cheese, sausage, bread, fruit, homemade jams, cakes and tarts. The hostess, Emi, was warm and friendly.

The location was OK, but a bit of a walk down and up a steep hill into the center of town.

Everything about this B&B was perfect. Emma and her daughters were absolute sweethearts-really making you feel comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional with EVERYTHING down to the jam and bread being homemade by Emma and her secret Venetian recipes. The aesthetic of this house was stunning- everything (furniture/decor) was hand picked by the host herself; very classy chic in an eclectic kind of way. You’re a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute car ride from tourist spots. There’s a few fantastic restaurants just steps away. Overall this was the PERFECT stay in Verona. I would recommend it to anyone. Be sure to have a chat with the owner; she always has something interesting to say.

The b&b is just a short stroll outside of the old city but is in safe&quiet neighborhood of Verona. On the way to the old town are some shops and restaurants😀. The rooms are super clean, spacious with cupboards and lovely decorated. We even enjoyed a private terrace connected to a lovely garden. The breakfast is just fabulous, homemade bread and jam, homemade omelette, Italian sausages and a great choice of cakes. The owners Robert and Emmy are super nice and giving wonderful suggestions what and how to see in Verona and around. We hope to stay soon again, thanks a lot for this lovely stop at your house Emmy!

Nothing, some people want to avoid the uphill walk probably.

We had a perfect stay at this lovely B&B in Verona. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very well located — ideal for exploring the city. The host was amazing and made us feel truly welcome. She also prepared a delicious homemade breakfast every morning, which was a highlight of our stay. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommended!
