We felt like we'd hit the jackpot with this hotel, the location was utterly perfect, bus stop right outside, a lake view, restaurants within a five minute walk as well as all the sights of the old town, great privae parking options. What was even more impressive were the staff, they were beyond incredible, helping me learn more Italian, helping with directions and activities, one of the ladies on reception, originally from Romania, who spoke multiple languages, made us feel so welcome, she was amazing. Great breakfast options, especially for me as a vegetarian.

Location is perfect, only 20min walk to the old town, or you can take a bus if you want. Free parking places are bonus as otherwise it might be difficult to find one. Breakfast is served buffet (vs self served buffet), which worked nicely. Breakfast was good and perfect for us.

My room windows were high and did not have real view (you could peek to the street), but I think that was my own "fault" by selecting the cheapest room from booking.com :)

The hotel is tidy, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good. There is a free parking space just outside the hotel. Sirmione center is within walking distance from the hotel and there are some nice restaurants nearby.

The pool and the air conditioning were not in use when we arrived, and we never found out the reason for this. However, the air conditioning started working the next day.

Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. It was in a good location for Sirimone old town. We asked for a room upgrade about a week before so another friend could join us, and this was accommodated easily.

The rooms were slightly dated but not really an issue.

Location was great, easy to find. Parking spot available at hotel. Room was clean, towels were changed daily. Very good breakfast at hotel and staff were great !

The gym is included in the price, but it is unusable, the equipment is defective and there are not many of them. It would be great if it was functional and usable.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just a few steps away from the entrance to the old town of Sirmione, and it offers private parking. The hotel is beautifully decorated and provides a comfortable stay, with the staff being exceptionally helpful and friendly. It is highly commendable and recommended.

We had a great weekend! An intimate and pleasant hotel, very very clean, and above all - an exceptional and welcoming staff! One of the evenings it was difficult to get a taxi and the owner of the hotel just dropped us off with his car :) Highly recommended!

Great location just outside the old town. Great staff, all very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our breakfast every morning overlooking the pool . Room equipped with a kettle and cups and a small fridge . ( often not provided in 3 star hotels we have stayed in so far in Italy.)The pool was very clean with poolside food and drinks offered. Hotel next to Shuttle bus service around town. Nearby away from old town , quite a few cafes and restaurants for dinner.

Very good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggested dinner venues etc. The hotel is within walking distance to the old town and there are also nice restaurants and cafes nearby.

Charming hotel with private parking (if spot available or paid if you wanted it reserved).

The breakfast was a bit disappointing - all you can eat will be served to you from a buffet and it is not good enough. Our room was next to the elevator and was getting noisy when it was used.
