The hotel is in a perfect location in Sirmione, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was very enjoyable. The room was clean, well furnished and the stay was very comfortable. The hotel offers a very efficient shuttle service to get you and your luggage from the parking garage and back.

The hotel provides family rooms for 4, but in reality the space is too tight to even walk around comfortably (no to mention of sitting down). The photos sell the place as if it has a water front or a resort, but it's basically a window view into other resorts, which is a bit misleading. I do not advise a prolonged stay in this location for star-based trips, due to the room size and accessibility.

My sister and I liked the room, the bed was very comfortable, the view of the terrace is right to the main street but not loud at all. Nice small terrace. Clean and cozy room. Location of the hotel itself is the best! Walking distance to restaurants, gelaterias and shops (1-2 minutes) and to the bus/shuttle station (4-5 minutes), right in the heart of the old town!

Breakfast is not very impressive unfortunately. Especially for savory dishes or something more healthy (just eggs available, zero vegetables!).

This hotel was excellent for a night in Sirmione. The parking check in and shuttle to the hotel were super well communicated and explained beforehand and it all worked out seamlessly on the day of. Shuttle drivers were super friendly and chatty. The check in at the hotel with Angela was great. He was kind and offered great restaurant recommendations (2 of which we tried and loved!). The rooms were adequate in size for what we needed. Beds were comfortable, shower was great and breakfast was tasty.

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Mavino. The location couldn't been better in the old parts of Sirmione. The personnel was also very friendly.

We kind off expected getting a room with a balcony and did not get it. Maybe we miss read the listing but since all the pictures had a balcony we thought it was standard. The ac was also very noisy which affected sleep quality quite alot.

It's close to everywhere in town. Nice room and clean. Good breakfast eventhough not many choises but it's all simply what we need for breakfast. The cofee is good and i like the scrambled egg. All the staff were nice and very friendly, helpfull ...Aiku with his unique name specially Michaella who knows everything we needed to know and also gave good suggestions about places to visit as the lake Garda is so big that we didn't have time to see all. We had a great time and we'd to come back one day.

The location of this hotel is great. And if you need to park there is a fantastic shuttle situation that couldn't be easier or more convenient. The room was very clean and had a full length mirror, closet space, a mini fridge, and was a decent size. The bathroom, and shower in particular were small, but seemed newly updated with modern, clean fixtures. The a/c worked well. The staff was nice. Breakfast was mostly a traditional Italian spread - pastries, cereal, meats and cheese, but they did also have bacon and eggs. Overall it was a good stay and I'd stay there again. It felt like a good value for a hotel in a very busy lakeside town.

The bed was very firm and the pillows pretty flat and flimsy. The elevator could be slow but we often used the stairs anyway. The lobby is kind of plain and made me think the rooms wouldn't be as comfortable and clean as they actually were. Not a big deal at all, just an observation

We got the last minute deal the day before and if was a good price - a basic hotel but very well located near Aquaria thermal spa, old town, restaurants, shops, beach (path was however closed to Jamaica beach for the season ) The receptionist was the most welcoming I have ever met - he should be an actor :) We used grifo parking (pre-book with hotel) and it takes you to hotel in a golf cart - great experience for all (incl the dog) and does not take long (you can also walk to parking). Pets allowed which I always consider a bonus. Internet is with a password so camera for the dog worked too.

Poor breakfast , ie not enough warm food - as noted in previous reviews. We came too late - around 930- so missed the eggs and bacon. Instant coffee from the machine was horrible but you can choose espresso or machiato and it will make a better coffee from the beans . There was a strange overbearing smell in the room, probably from cleaning liquids used. It was cold at night in October so bring warm pyjama.

Great location and nice breakfast. The room was pleasant and clean, just what we needed, but no frills. At the price point it is fair value for money. Had a pretty view out over the lake too.

The walls were really thin and when a family of 4 next door spent an hour getting ready at 5am with screaming children, this meant a bad night's sleep. Could be more information and recommendations provided on surrounding area. Reception could be more inviting.

The hotel & staff were absolutely perfect If you are looking for a few days in Sirmione / Lake Garda do NOT go in November Information centre closed, public toilets closed & NO boat trips available to visit other places on the lake by boat which had been our plan for the trip

The location is quite central, although Sirmione isn't a very large area to walk from one end to the other. The air conditioner has worked well, and it has most of the essentials such as bar fridge and lift. Breakfast was simple but it is a bonus to us as we didn't expect it to be included. I strongly recommend restaurant Il Girasole that is around the corner. Friend staffs serving up awesome foods, the iberico pork fillet was to die for. Also great recommendation for the wine pairing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for our day trip.

The hair drier is weak and not very efficient, and the bathroom is a bit tight. Lady staff at the front desk is either in a bad mood or just not into greeting guests.
