Very attentive staff. This is particularly noteworthy. They are customer-oriented. Breakfast was enough. The place is quiet and the views of the lake are nice. I enjoyed having coffee on the veranda and enjoying the lake view and the tranquility. Dinner is delicious. The water in the bathroom was quite hot and had great pressure. It was quite clean. Overall, I was with my mother and we are both satisfied. Thank you and when I return to Sirmione I will definitely choose your hotel again.

It's not necessary, but it would be nice to have a mini-bar in the room (some drinks and snacks), as well as a kettle and glasses.

Outstanding hotel. Margherita and Elijah are a friendly couple who go out of their way to look after you. It's like staying with friends rather than staying in a hotel. All the staff members were chatty and took a personal interest in our holiday. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The sun terrace is a nice area to relax in. We ate in the restaurant and the evening meals were outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic and the home made cakes were absolutely gorgeous. This was the final hotel on a backpacking trip round northern Italy and we really did save the best till last! Highly recommended and we'll definitely return.

This is an absolute GEM of a spot in the pearl of Lake Garda! The location was so beautiful and convenient- nearby the town centre, numerous restaurants/ bars/ boutiques, several inviting lakeside beaches + historical sites (Roman Villa + Castle). The hotel facilities were super (a spacious & spotless room, v. comfortable bed, great balcony, well equipped- fridge, TV, etc; easily adjustable aircon; smelled amazing) & wow to the food & drink served in their restaurant. We were spoilt for choice yet came back here many times during our stay. What makes this hotel even more special is the incredible staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel well looked after- greeted with a warm smile and glass of fruit-infused cold water after a long journey, personal tour, tailored advice on best things to do (ferry trip and walk from Garda to Lazise being a particular highlight) + discounts, very knowledgeable on wines & food they’re serving (many locally sourced) and arranged our transport so it was seamless & taken care of… we are already planning our trip here next year!

Beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful breakfast. What could be better!!! The staff was very nice, very friendly, and spoke English very well, which was a plus for us. The location was great, walking distance to everything. The breakfast was the best so far. Eggs, ham, homemade pastries and bread. Wonderful!!!

Communication on how to get onto the island would have helped. It was a restricted area, and you had to drive through crowds of people on narrow streets to get to the hotel.

Disappointed that management were not more sympathetic when I tried to change date due to unforeseen circumstances. They seem very money orientated, which was further in evidence when we were charged for a bottle of water and cups of tea, you would normally expect these to be complementary at accommodation in this price bracket. Lake view is limited. Please Note : That road access to this hotel and surrounding ones is by narrow streets lined with pedestrians.

A lovely little hotel in the heart of Sirmione. We loved the bar/restaurant staff. Everyone was very attentive and kind and the food was excellent.

The room we had was a bit outdated and so were some of the common facilities. However, everything was exceptional clean and tidy. We had a bit of an issue with rescheduled our booking (we couldn’t make the dates we initially booked since our child was sick) and we had to pay what the owner calls a 30% “penalty” to rebook which seemed quite a lot, especially due to the circumstances.

Every member of the staff made you feel like you were the special guest in the hotel. The whole team, from room attendant to owners were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The hotlel was clean, comfortable, peaceful and tranquil, just outside of the bustle of Sirmione centre. Top marks all round. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Sirmione.

Location, staff, facilities, food - this hotel really exceeded my expectations. It's quaint, out of the bustle of the crowds of Sirmione, and the facilities are top notch. There's an outdoor eating area, a guest den where we were able to relax and watch a Euro Cup match, and an indoor bar/cafeteria if one chooses to stay at the hotel to eat; the food is exceptional and well priced. Lastly, every single person we interacted with was kind, helpful, and pleasant to interact with. It's a GEM of a hotel.

We were well catered for at breakfast including gluten free cereal and bread. Food was fresh and varied. Location was in easy walking distance to the beach or local shops. The room was more than adequate for size.

Electrical socket in room to charge phone or iPad. A jacuzzi on the sun terrace to cool down in the 35 degree weather would have been ideal.

Great size room, with good air conditioning and Wifi. Comfortable room size, bed and pillows. We had excellent breakfast options ranging from continental to cooked scrambled eggs with sausages and bacon. Other options were available at extra cost. The staff were excellent in the hotel and restaurant, from check in to the wonderful room cleaning staff.

There was a faint sewage smell outside our room. I’m not sure if this was part of the hotel or the local area.
