Location excellent - straight off the ferry. Had a room with balcony at the top of the house. Very comfortable room with lovely facilities. Staff and owner very helpful in communication. Easy to find in square by ferry. Liked the outside area. Lovely old building with tasteful and clean interior. Restaurant’s in the square offer excellent breakfast and food.

Unfortunately I struggle now with stairs (older and arthritis) so it was a bit of a struggle climbing to the top. Balcony shared with room next door and partition didn’t provide privacy. Next door room we’re outside on phone having a loud conversation and smoking which we do not. Shame but great location. Quite expensive for facilities offered but location sold it to us.

The location could not have been more central in Sirmione. the room was spacious and super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Decent value.

The hotel is right on Piazza Carducci so there are dozens of people eating and drinking and milling around outside till late at night - but the apartment window blocked most of the noise out. However the hotel floors are not well insulated and so I could hear every little thing from the guests in the room above me.

My room had a lovely lake view balcony. It was a great room. The hostess was very nice allowing me to leave my luggage in storage until I got a later ferry. It was a great stay. I loved Sirmione, a really great place plus very good weather. I would definitely go back again :)

It was a nice surprise when I realised that the place is actually inside the court of the castle , basically in the heart of the old town. The room was very beautiful , with an artsy look. The place is full with restaurants and shops and anything you can dream off. Also, the ferry station is just there at the door steps.

The location of the property is excellent. It's in the centre of Sirmione but also quiet. Anna was an excellent host and respond very quickly to requests/queries. The breakfast was very good

The air conditioning, although adequate, could have been more efficient. Everything else was fine.

Absolutely amazing location. Lovely room and beautiful view. Paola is absolutely lovely too. So friendly, kind and nothing is too much trouble. The reviews and photos do not do it justice. The place is phenomenal. It is really lovely, would book 100 times again. Staying in this part of Sirmione is such a great experience. I fell in love with this place and end of June/beginning July was a perfect time to go. Not too busy but also a little ‘bussly’ so you felt special staying right in the middle. Book this place if you get the opportunity to. Bed was super comfy, aircon great, pillows, amazing size fridge so we got some things for lunch and dinner some days so we didn’t always eat out and enjoyed the balcony, room seen to every day. Just could not fault. I’d live here!

Nothing! Truly perfect

I had a fantastic stay at Le Rêve – Lake View Rooms. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Sirmione where everything happens, yet peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially with arranging parking and giving great recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the lake. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

If you took the train to Desenzano station, take a taxi, it will take you to Sirmione! The house is located a stone's throw from the castle. We really liked it, the room is clean, the owners are attentive and polite! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly & helpful host. Helped to sort out parking for us which was really helpful. Complimentary bottles of water left every day. Fantastic restaurant just a few steps outside the front door. Really easy to book for dinner.

Ideally situated accommodation overlooking Piazza Giosuè Carducci, a square with cafes and restaurants. We stayed on the 2nd floor which had lovely views over the square and out to the lake.  A great place to look out and watch the busy square.  Access is tucked away between the cafes and is minutes from Sirimone Castle, the pier where the ferry docks and lots of gelaterias and eateries. Lovely decor.
