The hotel was in a great location, 5 mins walk to the centre of town, where there were great bars and restaurants. The gardens and outside thermal pool were lovely, spacious, plenty of sun beds and amazing views of the lake. The room was spotlessly clean with plentiful supply of towels and toiletries.

The room on the first floor was very hot, air conditioning was not working in April, despite the weather being warm. A fan was offered but did not appear, despite asking several times. There was a strange smell in the reception areas and corridors, but this didn't permeate the rooms.

I stayed at this hotel 6 times. Stayed alone, and with my husband, and with friends...everyone likes this hotel very much. We will definitely come again. Feeling here like home. Excellent everything. Staff first of all : friendly, professional, caring. Good facilities, great breakfast, good thermal pool and beautiful pictureous pool area, big parking, buses stop right near the hotel. All is perfect. Also is close to the historical center with many pictureous spots, churches, Villa Grotte di Catullo, fantastic views of the lake Garda, many high standart restaurants with good food. And gelateria at every step... What can be better for the relax and feeling happy?🙂 Highly reccomend Fonte Boiola to all. And big thanks to the staff for one more beautiful time at this beautiful hotel.

The only one minus : not all visitors wear caps in the pool. Previously, this was a mandatory rule. And it was aesthetically pleasing and hygienic

This hotel is certainly better than its 3 star rating. It is in a great location within a short walking distance to the restaurants and nice shops in Sirmione. The hotel facilities are good with the heated pool well worth a swim even in winter. There is plenty of car parking and it is easily accessible. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant didn't open at night until 7.30 pm - too late in my opinion for many people.

The location was perfect ,just a few steps to the very center of the old town. The garden was beautiful . The thermal pool was nice .. Rooms were clean , staff was very helpful . Breakfast was good enough .

Th door openning to the balcony should have a wire fence mechanism to avoid mosquitoes and insects penetration . Also they could put a bottle of conplimentary water in the room everyday .

The location of the hotel is outstanding- close to the old town and with direct access to the lake. Best of all is that you have a parking spot for the car in an area where parking is not easy.

As mentioned by others the pool is very hot during summer but one can just swim in the lake to cool off.

The thermal pool was amazing, also the Spa area was well equipped, the weather was quite poor but the hotel had enough activities to keep us busy, games room was fun, with card games, draughts or chess - would highly recommend this hotel

The staff were very helpful, they even made every attempt to contact us after we had left as we had left passports in the safe, which meant we were able to make our flight. The location was brilliant, about as close as you can get to the old city without having to drive through the very narrow streets. The garden around the pool had a great view of the lake as did our room, well worth paying extra for those rooms.

The pool was a bit hot for us, but then the weather was 33 degrees at the time a would of liked a cooler pool. It is clear that it is a thermal pool, but did not realise it would as hot as it was. However there was access to the lake if you needed a cool dip.

This is an exceptional 3* property. Not because you get a 4* one for 3* prices but because it knows what it is and delivers it very well. Full of happy Italian elders who seem to have been coming for years. Loved the spa services

The pool and the view onto the lake were exceptional. The location is fantastic, less than 50 meters from the entrance into the old town. And, it has parking, which is almost imposible to find on the street because of the popularity of the town.

Our room had the most beautiful view across the lake. Thermal swimming pool was so relaxing. Location to Sirmione old town excellent.
