Great location - very close to the entrance to the old city. Private parking. Great lake view. Hotel bar/restaurant and a private area with deck chairs next to the lake beach.

Cooking smell from hotel restaurant. Toilet in bad condition (niagara did not work well) and no place in the bathroom to put your things. Door to balcony could not be opened.

Perfect location, right at the bus stop and less than 10 walk to the old town, at a beautiful lake shore in a very quiet neighborhood. Rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is not the greatest, but for the price it is more than good. Coffee is good. I didn't like the view from my window, but overall very good price/quality ratio. Additionally, as a guest you can get lunch or dinner for 15€ (two amazing meals, coffee, sparkling water, service included). Now, considering it is one of Italy's top tourist destinations, where an ice cream is 15€, this is a bargain - and a very tasty one.

This villa Hotel is absolutely stunning. 10 minutes walk to Sirmione centre, bus stop outside to reach other towns or opt to walk to centre to catch local taxi boat to all over the lake. Breakfast was plenty full with option to sit inside or in garden overlooking the lake. Just perfect…..! Apparently at the end of this year they will be installing a pool…….. can’t wait to book next year. Oh by the way the villa has already a beach area with sun loungers and access to the lake via the garden gate. You won’t be disappointed, great parking as well if you have a car.

This hotel exceeded our expectations especially for the price. Great location, not far from the port in Sirmione, which is a 7-10min walk away. The breakfast buffet was good and the hotel restaurant was beautiful. The best part was the staff. They are super friendly and ready to help you out with anything you need. We had a small issue with the sink and they sent someone within 5 minutes to fix it. 100/10 recommend.

The room was very small and although I paid extra for a room with a lake view, I didn't really get one. Next time I wouldn't pay the extra few bucks. Yes, I could see the lake....but it was around a corner and certainly not what I would call....a lake view.

Fantastic place! Very warm welcome although rather late in the evening. I was told immediately that I wasn't too late to have dinner, although I didn't make any reservation for that, only booked the room. Top restaurant, great breakfast next morning. Amazing view on Lake Garda. Walking distance from the castle and the old town of Sirmione.

Nothing negative to mention

The hotel's location is great - there's free parking which allows you to avoid staying in lines to Sirmione public parking, and you can easily walk to the historic city from there. The breakfast was good and whole staff was friendly. I also recommend the hotel's restaurant for dinner - pizza was delicious and a good value for money.

The walls in our room were very thin - you could hear everything from the next room.

The staff was welcoming and very very helpful. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the old town. Perfect for one or two nights :)

There were quite a few mosquitoes and bugs on the balcony, and even a few inside the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable, but besides that everything was great.

Good location, free parking. The room wasn't too new, one of the ACs didn't work, but generally room was good for a short stay.

The manager wanted to charge us despite we paid in advance via booking.com and wasn't too helpful (even quite arrogant) in solving the problem and it took him a while to sort it out. On the contrary the rest of the staff was very kind.

Fantastic location, at the end of the prom overlooking the lake. Near everything but in a very quiet location, and the bus stop to Desenzano is right outside. Room was spotless, lovely little balcony. Breakfast was good, typical Italian style but enjoyable. Really lovely friendly lady in the breakfast room.
