Great location within walking distance from the Castello, and right by a bus stop to travel around Sirmione and outside of it. Very decent breakfast. There is also a restaurant with an amazing view to the lake, which is practically a few hundred meters away. I couldn't tell about the food,though because I only had a small fruit salad and sparkling water. The room is very basic/functional, nothing too fancy, but I didn't really need anything more. The young man at the reception wS very nice and friendly.

Shower is a bit small and the bed sheets are so-so. There is no real blanket and the one in thr closet doesn't have a comfy texture to it.

Perfect location, right at the bus stop and less than 10 walk to the old town, at a beautiful lake shore in a very quiet neighborhood. Rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is not the greatest, but for the price it is more than good. Coffee is good. I didn't like the view from my window, but overall very good price/quality ratio. Additionally, as a guest you can get lunch or dinner for 15€ (two amazing meals, coffee, sparkling water, service included). Now, considering it is one of Italy's top tourist destinations, where an ice cream is 15€, this is a bargain - and a very tasty one.

Great location - very close to the entrance to the old city. Private parking. Great lake view. Hotel bar/restaurant and a private area with deck chairs next to the lake beach.

Cooking smell from hotel restaurant. Toilet in bad condition (niagara did not work well) and no place in the bathroom to put your things. Door to balcony could not be opened.

It was a brilliant stay the hotel was excellent value for money and significantly cheaper than other hotels at the time of booking. I got more than what I was expecting with a nice air conditioning unit which had the room perfect in temperature. The hotel staff were very accommodating and I felt very welcomed by the warm response of the gentleman on reception on the evening and morning.

It was slightly noisy. I could hear toilets flushing and people talking in the rooms next door. Which I think is to be expected at times. So not necessarily an issue

Fantastic location, right by the water with amazing view for the sunset on the lake. Just 5’ lovely walk along the waterfront to the Castle and historical center, and perfectly calm just away from the tourist crowd. Great restaurant overlooking the lake as well, breakfast outside looking at the lake. Also parking or a shuttle bus stop by the hotel. Birds flocks in the evening are enchanting with the sunset over the lake.

Location very good, staff helpful and friendly, building is perhaps a little tired, main menus and food is very nice but breakfast is a little lacking and often items ran out and were insufficient for number of guests. One of our rooms had an issue with shower drain soon overflowing when used but housekeeping were unable to fix or offer a remedy.

This villa Hotel is absolutely stunning. 10 minutes walk to Sirmione centre, bus stop outside to reach other towns or opt to walk to centre to catch local taxi boat to all over the lake. Breakfast was plenty full with option to sit inside or in garden overlooking the lake. Just perfect…..! Apparently at the end of this year they will be installing a pool…….. can’t wait to book next year. Oh by the way the villa has already a beach area with sun loungers and access to the lake via the garden gate. You won’t be disappointed, great parking as well if you have a car.

This hotel exceeded our expectations especially for the price. Great location, not far from the port in Sirmione, which is a 7-10min walk away. The breakfast buffet was good and the hotel restaurant was beautiful. The best part was the staff. They are super friendly and ready to help you out with anything you need. We had a small issue with the sink and they sent someone within 5 minutes to fix it. 100/10 recommend.

Wonderful location, kind staff, better than expected for the price. Easy for parking and walking to the old city.

The room was very small and although I paid extra for a room with a lake view, I didn't really get one. Next time I wouldn't pay the extra few bucks. Yes, I could see the lake....but it was around a corner and certainly not what I would call....a lake view.
