I chose the hotel for location and safe garaging of our motorcycles. Both proved excellent. It is an easy 10 minute stroll along the lakeside from the hotel to the castle entrance to Sirmione. We were given secure underground parking for the motorcycles. The room was comfortable, the bar and service were very good and the outdoor breakfast was a special treat in the 22C heat at 8am in the morning and this was in September.

The hotel rooms are ready for a refurbishment along with the bathrooms. All still functional and comfortable enough, but it is time to spend some money.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is excellent—close to key attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was spacious and featured a jacuzzi, which was a nice luxury. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. However, there were several downsides. The staff was not very helpful, and although we were told that parking was included, we ended up being charged for it. The jacuzzi, while enjoyable, made the room quite humid, and the floor became slippery, which felt unsafe. Also, the promised lake view was a bit of a letdown—it was mostly a view of the parking lot, with only a small glimpse of the lake on the horizon. Overall, the hotel has potential, but a few improvements in service and clarity of information would make a big difference.

The hotel is located close to the historic part of Sirmione and walking distance to the beaches. The rooms have views of the lake. The views from the roof top pool are very good. The quality of the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The barman Benjamin made us feel very welcome and made our stay at the Alevic special. He also made the most wonderful cocktails!

Some of the floor vinyl in our room was worn. Some of the flooring mats at the entrance were stained.

The location. of the hotel was 10/10 could not have picked a better positioned hotel - it was so easy to walk into the old town ( 5 mins ) also the breakfast was great such a large selection of items

The only negative was the sun loungers around the swimming pool the area is a bit too small for the amount of sunbeds that being said the rooftop pool is lovely and the snack bar serves good food and fantastic drinks - the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond !!

It’s a good location with super friendly staffs and decent breakfast.

The facilities could use some attention. As others have mentioned, the bunk beds didn’t feel very secure. One of the shower heads in the bathroom was broken. Parking was also a bit challenging—not because of a lack of space, but due to the layout and narrow entrances. Overall, I didn’t feel that it was worth for the $$$

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at Alevic Hotel. Rooms were exceptionally clean. All staff were extremely friendly & very helpful to us during our stay. Really enjoyed the breakfast, had a good variety each morning & my kids always looked forward to the pancakes. Enjoyed the rooftop pool & had a good variety of cocktails. There is a shop beneath the hotel that has essentials which was very convenient. Both Castle & shuttle bus stop is within a 10 minute walking distance. There was a good variety of restaurants near hotel. I’d highly recommend doing the boat tour around sirmione & also taking the ferry to different parts of the lake.

Great parking provided. Staff on check in and out were wonderful. They brought the car up from garage for us, and loaded suitcases. Room was everything we needed plus extra pillows! Breakfast had everything you could think of to eat and drink. Staff was very friendly. Perfect location to castle and boat ride.

Room view was from 1st floor facing the street /walk way so didn't stay out on balcony very long. (TOO close being viewed by passer bys) If we were higher up, there would be no issue with sitting out on balcony. Not their fault they had no other room on an upper floor for us The only place they really recommended for dinner... had amazing view of the water, but that was all. There were 3 of us sitting for dinner. We each ordered different things to eat. Sadly they were either mediocre or just tasteless! Mine was half eaten.. it tasted like rubber.

So,....hotel is very well located, right at the entrance of the fortress. It is a nice hotel, quite well located in terms of the view from the rooms. The breakfast is good, the terrace where it is served is exceptional. Like many places in Italy, problems with GSM signal, but all in all it's a place to rest. Parking is private, underground, but the area is quite difficult to use for a larger car or SUV

The staff...I can't say they are very friendly. It responds to requests but treats customers with an annoying superiority. The hotel is quite unkempt and unrefurbished. Many areas of it I think should be renovated. However, I think it is one of the better options in this area.

Very nice hotel about 400 metres from the ‘old town’. Comfortable room with balcony overlooking the piazza and on to the Barracuda restaurant. You can just about glimpse the lake through the trees. Fantastic breakfast taken in the garden. Very helpful staff including the porter who helped to drive my car out of the garage with very narrow curves.

No on site restaurant. Shower was over the very slippery bath, low water flow in shower

Staff were brilliant. Special mention to the man behind the bar– Benjamin. Those on reception were very helpful and friendly, facilitated my requests and helped surprise my partner during our stay. Solid selection offered at breakfast with friendly smiles from the floor staff. Location was accessible.

Room was a bit dated. Bathroom needs improvement, bathtub was small with and caused frequent pool on the floor. Small couch in the corner of the room was dirty and stained. Few options on tv.
