LOCATION! Wow right in the middle of the historic part of Sirmione! The welcome was fantastic and with the parking - so so convenient. Trust me, when you see just how busy this place can be, you won't regret it! They literally shuttle you to the door! Room was classic italian and bed was comfy, fresh cool linen and powerful shower. beautoful shutters looking down to the street below and charming historic roof tops and church bell tower. Despite being in the centre - it was quiet to the outside. A bit of noise on the inside, room to room. And admittedly you can't swing a cat in the bathroom. But it was just so charming and it made our Sirmione adventure that much better. 30 seconds walk to EVERYTHING - the square, the harbour, the gelato! , The castle. tip 1 - Defo take the scenic walk and head to the church Chiesa di san pietro. tip2 - unless you're really into it, don't pay high price archaeology museum. tip3 - It's quite crowded at Jamaica beach, spiaga del prete a better.

Felt like there was Mosquito repellent in the aircon (on occasion). Needs must, i suppose. better that than being bit!

Great little hotel in Sirmione's historic centre. Lovely room (I had the single, Tulipana), plenty of storage, nice little shower room with good shower pressure. Staff were really welcoming. Definitely recommend this as the place to stay in Sirmione!

No breakfast facilities at the hotel but they give you a voucher for a discount on breakfast at a nearby restaurant/cafe. If you're there over a weekend, bear in mind that Sirmione Castle is closed on Sundays. It's also a very busy place!

The location was great and the bed was comfortable

There is too small restroom and shower in the room. Also, my plane was delayed and I arrived at 11 pm (1 hour later), I warned about it in WhatsUp (It was mentioned in the message in the booking that from March 2025 it has implemented the new 24-hour reception service), but I have to go to another hotel to get my key, unfortunately no one was at the reception.

Location is 10/10 Rooms very clean Rooms are basic, but have everything you need for a few days. Staff are very friendly and helpful 10% voucher for breakfast and meals and neighbouring restaurants Reserved parking and transport to the hotel with luggage

Although it didn't ruin our break, the walls are very thin, we could hear conversation in the corridor, adjoining rooms, and from the restaurant below.

Fantastic staff, really got to know us and greeted us warmly every time. The location is lovely, to wake up with the church bells ringing and have everything on our doorstep. You can walk to the free carpark in under 10 mins and they'll bring you in and out with your luggage on the free shuttle. Comfy beds and good shower. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. I had been looking forward to the Sirmione section of our trip, knowing I had booked a hotel in such a central location. It was so good to be so close to everything (Sirmione is tiny, but for this price, I wasn't even hoping to find something in the Colombare di Sirmione area). The staff was really nice, the room was clean, they even offered some vouchers for nearby restaurants which we didn't use. Still, the gesture was nice. Will definitely come back!

If I really had to come up with something, I'd point out the size of the room. It's not a room where 2 people could simultaneously get ready to leave the room for the day (let alone a night out). This is pretty normal for Italian hotels from what I've seen so far.

Hotel very central. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Discount offered to hotel residents for breakfast in restaurant close by, and also for dinner in hotel restaurant.

No wifi in hotel. Mentioned it to staff on first day who advised someone would come on the Monday to fix (3 days after our arrival). This did not happen. Disappointing

We have stayed before and knew it was a great location. We came for a swimming event and it was very close to where we needed to be. Staff were lovely and the room was comfortable.

Sadly our fridge was not working although there was not much the hotel could do about it at the weekend and they did say we could use the fridge at the restaurant. It was a little noisy. But overall this was agreat stay.

The location was amazing. Pick up from parking are was great…

When we checked in, we were told the most we would have to wait for the shuttle back to the parking lot the next morning would be 20 minutes wait maximum. Unfortunately when we went to check out we were told there was no shuttle available for another hour and half, but that we could walk (in 90+ degree heat) and then would be able to deliver our bags. This is notice to the staff to get their story straight about the next day shuttle…we would have gladly reserved, but were told it wasn’t necessary.
