Lovely hotel with great staff. Pool area and beautiful garden. The room had a balcony with sea and mountain views. The aircon worked well and the breakfast was delicious, would defo return.

The hairdryer needs replacing, never fully dried my hair, would have taken maybe 30mins.

The reception dog was my absolute favorite thing. she was so cute! the hot tub on the roof top bar was amazing with absolutely amazing views. The nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had. So much choice and so tasty. The car parking service was incredible and the staff are so friendly

The only thing I could fault this hotel on was our room air conditioning kept cutting off after a few minutes and the room was very warm

Great location. Clean and modern with nothing too much trouble Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Pool area clean and well styled. Drinks very reasonable. Cannot fault it. We came last year and plan to come back again soon

Early room check in available! The friendliest staff! Nothing was a problem for the staff to ensure we had a great stay!! Good selection at breakfast. Inexpensive when ordering in.

Such a lovely hotel, everything about it was very good including a yummy breakfast, the location is really good and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely be back, thank you for an enjoyable stay.

I can honestly say there isn't anything I didn't like.

The hotel is in a quiet location but only about 5 minutes walk from the town and lakefront. Very welcoming and helpful staff, spacious clean room. Having a kettle in the room was a bonus. Lovely fresh food at breakfast. Would stay here again.

Some slight road noise at the back of the hotel but nothing significant.

Location was ideal for the centre and the bay. The Hotel was immaculately clean. Every single member of staff were so pleasant and helpful, a credit to the hotel.

located 2 minutes from bus station, 5 minutes from lake, ferry port and restaurants. lovely clean small hotel with friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Price/value ratio was excellent. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, air conditioning worked perfectly, the public areas very well maintained. Pool area was cozy and also well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and a special thanks to the waiter/manager who made our stay extra special. He is the golden standard of customer service! Try to order "americano booster" during breakfast!

Check out quite early at 10 am but they let us stay in the pool area as long as we wanted and to use the shower. The bed mattresses were quite hard for my liking but it was nice to have two pillows!

Breakfast was excellent, great choice of cereal, fruit, pastries, cheese, meats hot and cold items. Coffees, teas juice and water. Staff super friendly couldn’t do enough for us as a family. Very polite and helpful.

Evening meals a little hit and miss. Some excellent, some ok. Usually something to suit on the menu though. Bar service of a night time excellent, special shout out to Mary and Helena who looked after us and couldn’t do enough for us long after everyone had gone to bed.
