Our hotel room was small but well-equipped with extremely comfortable beds, a blackout curtain, adequate air con, a free-to-use safe, a large wardrobe and adequate drawers, plus a TV with 4 English channels (BBC1, BBC2, BBC3 and Sky International) and a kettle / tea & coffee making facilities. The bathroom was a large with a nice walk-in shower, a toilet and bidet and a sink area with a large under-sink shelf providing useful storage for toiletry bags. We had room 209 (side of the hotel) and it had a large, clean and shaded outside terrace with 4-chairs. The house maid was very good and bedding was changed regularly - in fact pillow cases were changed every day. Overall, the hotel runs very efficiently. The hotel has a lift. The breakfast was good - not lots of choice but sufficient (scrambled eggs, omelette and bacon were the usual hot options + all the usual cold selections) and there was a pleasant outside dining area. Breakfast went on until 10:30, so no need for early starts to the day. For those people on half-board, the 3-course evening meal looked very good value and appetising. The hotel location was excellent - just a 5-minute walk to the lake and Garda bus station. Finally, the roof top pool was attractive and the surrounding (large) terrace was clean and comfortable, with a good selection of drinks and food + lake views.

The outside areas were noisy - the hotel sits on the corner of 2 busy roads and the traffic noise (especially Vespa motorcycles revving their engines !) was continuous. Additionally, the fridge in the room was absolutely tiny + there were too few hangers in the wardrobe. The size of our hotel room was adequate, but definitely on the small side; the compensating feature was a large en-suite bathroom.

Location is perfect- close enough to the action of Garda without being loud! The rooftop bar, restaurant and pool are just amazing. This is a very good hotel with well-equipped rooms and facilities. Hotel staff really helpful and happy to assist you with any plans/directions. The breakfast was typically European, plenty of choice and Cava for those fancying an early fizz which was a lovely touch! There was also a refreshment area open 24/7 just to the left of reception that had cold water, detox juice, biscuits, tea and coffee which was always welcomed after being out and about in the heat!

Rooms were spotlessly clean and equipped with everything that you may need (including bathrobes, slippers and pool towels). Breakfast and dinner were very good too with enough options and prepared with local ingredients. Staff was very informative, welcoming, kind and professional. Location of the hotel is close to the lake and all the locations that may be interesting to tourists.

Parking was 550 m away (and charged 7 € per day) because their garage was fully booked at the time we stayed at the hotel so keep that in mind if you come with a lot of baggage. Besides the outdoor pool, hotel doesn’t have any wellness or spa area.

We absolutely loved the hotel. It's very modern with nicely decorated rooms and lovely staff. The food was very impressive and the staff in the restaurant/bar/kitchens were friendly, welcoming and just so nice to see every day. The pool is small but the rooftop view from it and the fact it was never busy made up for the size. The hotel is set back from the main road but it is so easy (just a few minutes walk) to the shops etc.

The hotel room was well laid out with lots of wardrobe space, drawers and room in the bathroom to put things. The staff were lovely and friendly and the hotel is very centrally located in Garda, the lake is a few minutes walk, bus stop close by, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The rooftop pool and bar are great for relaxing and the views are amazing.

The location was excellent and the staff were really lovely and helpful. The rooftop terrace, pool and food were great and the rooms were modern and clean.

There wasn’t anything about the property that we didn’t like it was all lovely. If I was going to be super critical I would say that the choice of food at breakfast was quite limited and 1 morning they had run out of bread but it didn’t distract from our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, close to lakefront for restaurants and ferries. Only 5 min walk to bus station. Nicely decorated. Rooftop pool and bar excellent with beautiful view. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful - excellent service.

Air conditioning was broken for the first day and was fixed but even after this would not get the room very cool. It was still comfortable but not very cold.

Modern, clean, location of this hotel. Was a bit of challenge walking from bus station so get good directions. Easy when you know the way. Quick stroll to city center and ferry dock. Rooftop pool and deck area amazing and relaxing. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good with variety and nice service.

We had a very nice 5 day stay and did eat dinner at the hotel 3 nights due to convenience and rain. Was not happy with meals as they seemed flavorless and not a good value.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff (who arranged a taxi for us to a different airport after our flight was cancelled!). Excellent breakfast with a whole variety of foods, very much a 4-star hotel experience. Pool was small but can still get a good swim in, and has a wonderful view. Room has Bluetooth speaker built-in that can also play the same music as the rest of the hotel. Internet was okay throughout the whole hotel, but very fast up at the pool and bar area.

Not much, to be honest!

We stayed one night. Beautiful pool on the rooftop with a bar and restaurant up there too. The views are outstanding. Room large with comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine too, limited selection but fresh. Private parking for €10 also great. Location fantastic, literally a 5 min stroll from restaurants, bars and shops.

Air con wasn’t too powerful, but it did work.
