The location was great being close to the lake front and the ferry port. The owners and all the staff were lovely and always available to help in any way possible. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice available. We made a very good choice when we chose to stay here and would love to return another time.

There was nothing we disliked. We thought the hotel was great. However, if you have mobility issues this hotel doesn't have a lift to the upper floors.

A few minutes walk from the lake itself and ferry stop and fabulous restaurants, Breakfast was the best we had come across on our Italian trip, so much choice. Fresh, tasty, pleasantly displayed, the coffee was great. Tasteful decor modern meets vintage. The hotel was spotless, the toiletries were lovely and all sustainably packaged. The lovely Staff spoke English well, helped with instructions and directions..

A very young baby who was naturally crying was in the room next to us, although we asked for a quiet room, and our sleep was affected.

This hotel was perfect in everyway. First, the staff. The woman who checked us in was very welcoming and provided us with great information on things to do. The woman who cared for everything at the delicious buffet breakfast had a smile all the time. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The hotel is close to everything in Garda. Very close to the ferry dock for exploring other areas. Across the street from the hotel is a restaurant we ate at twice. Osteria Silvestro. The food and service is wonderful and guests at this hotel get 10% off. Stay at this hotel when you are in Garda. You will not be disappointed!

This was a quaint hotel perfectly located in Garda. It was easy to get everywhere. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly, and strove to take care of their guests. They made us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again.

This is about our fourth stay at this hotel and they are always consistent with the excellent service they provide. This time though they really excelled in the customer care provided. We had a nightmare journey with BA cancelling our flight which resulted in our losing a night at the hotel when we had to divert to Milan. We notified the Hotel and Mari our host helped with advice on late check in/options on travel amongst other things. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was comfortable and had tea/coffee making facilities and also a fridge. We had a balcony and could see glimpses of Lake Garda which was lovely to sit there in the evening before going out to dinner. Aside from the great service, the buffet breakfast was first rate with lots of options, and the lady who kept the buffet stocked up was lovely and friendly. The location of the hotel is great too. Close to all the restaurants and shops, and no more than a 10 minute walk to pick up the boats to take you to other locations on Lake Garda. The sister hotel opposite Hotel Benaco have a great restaurant and we ate there twice the food was that good, and an added bonus, is that we got a 10% discount as they were sister hotels. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when we visit Lake Garda, for the warmth of the welcome and great service. We have friends, who have two small children who are looking to visit Lake Garda next spring and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to them.

Hotel was clean, beautiful and located in the best spot. Close to the lake and restaurants, stores and the port. Breakfast was great every morning. Rooms were spacious with a balcony view of the lake. Cannot recommend the hotel and staff enough! They were so helpful, nice, welcoming and just so great to us. We loved our stay!

Difficult to fault our stay. Room was perfect size for 2 of us. I don’t think I have stayed in a cleaner hotel before! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The marina was just over the road with the perfect spot to watch the sun set. There’s no lift and parking at the hotel was €18

We were very pleasantly surprised by the very friendly staff, the cleanliness and the excellent breakfast. Our only regrets were that we had to pay for parking and that the fridge in the room did not cool well. But the hotel is definitely worth a visit.

The staff was really friendly. Everything there is superclean! The host offered welcome drink prosecco the first evening. Breakfast offered everything you need and more. This place is run by a family, and it really shows they are doing this with a big heart! Would definetily go back someday!

We liked everything in this hotel! The traffic in front of the hotel is quite busy, so you must be careful when crossing the road. Otherwise everything perfect!

The room is a little bit small. It was not a problem for us but might be for others No elevator but stuff was very helpful with luggage We were very happy with location but if you expect to step out directly to a beach please be aware the beach is 10-15 minutes walk away.
