I was in the travel industry 33yrs, travelled the world, visiting thousands of hotels to be able to recommend (or not) the best to my clients. On arrival, the welcome we received was heartfelt. The owners and staff at this hotel are authentic, sincere and genuinely want their Guests to gave the best experience. Infact I think their mission is to exceed their Guests expectations! I'm not able to list all the qualities but suffice to say, if you're considering a stay here or have "short listed" it as a possible....Stop! Book your room! You will not regret it...

I could not find fault with anything!

From the moment we arrived Gloria made us so comfortable, she was so informative and swopped our room for a Seaview.She also booked us on free tours including a boat trip .While we were on the boat trip we actually met Gloria on her day off and we asked about the free mountain trip,she actually arranged it for us the following day by liaising with the guides on the boat on her day off.Amazing lady and beautiful hotel literally minutes from lake and restaurants and fantastic breakfast .Thank you Gloria we will return.

Perfect

Everything was absolutely perfect! Our daughter’s birthday happened to coincide with our stay, and to our surprise, the owners prepared homemade cookies for her at breakfast — such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The hotel was clean, cozy, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we truly felt at home. We had the best vacation and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

I loved the hotel, super cute decor, beautiful garden, and very welcoming staff. The location was on point, very close to the lake, just a short walk. The breakfast was fantastic - full of variety and all super tasty. I recommend

I can't remember something I didn't like

Really excellent breakfast - there was something for everyone. Staff were really friendly, and it was in a great location with a lovely view from our balcony.

We found it quite noisy early in the morning with window shutters being raised

It’s like coming home (with a better breakfast!) … The hard working family and staff are all wonderful, warm and welcoming. They extend themselves to ensure a pleasant stay. When it comes to care, this place gets five stars! As mentioned throughout the comments, the breakfasts are beautifully presented and plentiful with a variety of choices.

Like many older lake properties, some things could be replaced, but for us, the family atmosphere made up for any shortcomings.

The hotel doesnt look new and fresh from outside, its definitely pretty old and basic. But inside is super clean and fresh!

The staff were very polite and friendly, and very accommodating when we asked to store luggage on our last day so we could explore some more before our flight. Breakfast was fantastic value, lots of options. We looked forward to breakfast each morning!!

Everything was fabulous! Very kind staff, very clean, a very rich, diverse and delicious breakfast. The location is very good. I definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.

Reasonably sized bedrooms and bathroom. Nice to have a balcony and very efficient aircon. The breakfast selection was fresh, tasty, varied and plentiful. It's nice and quiet and very convenient for the town centre and lake. Great value for money.
