Lovely family run hotel with kind staff and some nice touches. we had a Junior Deluxe Suite, bathrobe & slippers, sun beds as well as chairs/table on large terrace, good power shower, tissues, toiletries, make up mirror etc. Wide variety continental breakfast, immaculately clean (sheets also changed during stay). Used the shuttle bus several times as it’s about a 15/20 min walk to town. I recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner as well as Lanterna about a 14 min walk.

Very minor, it’s above a road but the soundproofing was superb. Couldn’t hear a thing from road or neighbours at night once patio door closed. Note the pool is a plunge pool to cool off, it’s not really big enough to swim. Head out of Garda north along the lake and there’s lots of quiet swimming spots.

The cleanliness of the Hotel and my room were the best I have ever seen, Outstanding ! Staff were friendly and as a family business they took great pride in ensuring a perfect experience. A great location out from the business part of Garda with easy access to the free shuttle bus. Breafast was good with a nice selection of cakes. Coffee was excellent with one to one service.

Everything was good

Lovely spacious room, very clean and comfortable with an excellent shower. Plunge pool on the roof was great to cool off after walking back up the hill from the town. Parking was adequate and free. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty. Location is good but it is a long walk up that hill!

The food in the evening was a bit hit & miss. The pizzas were lovely but I had lobster pasta which appeared never to have met a lobster in its life! The air conditioning is centrally controlled and miserly, we had to leave it switched on while we were out in order for the room to be cool enough when we returned for the night.

Great modern hotel with a friendly family feel from the staff. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. Very quiet hotel but with a good atmosphere. A little further away from the lake front but this was ideal to get away from the busy lakeside. Parking was free and we didn't ever struggle to find a parking spot. Everything was always clean and to an exceptional standard.

An absolutely wonderful hotel in every aspect — from the excellent location and outstanding services to the exceptional cleanliness and the highly professional staff. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and well-organized.

Very friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. Our mini fridge in our room didn't work and was quickly replaced. Breakfast was good, the food at the restaurant was outstanding!

The pool was way too small to swim in, but had a nice view.

Really nice lake view from the window, the hotel is quite new. The rooftop pool was so good. The restaurant of the hotel one of the best in Garda

The way front window was extremely noisy because of the tons of cars.

We booked Family suite with the balcony. So, there was bedroom (with balcony) and family room (with bed for kids) with additional balcony. All area is pretty big and has everything needed. Hotel’s pool located on the roof is not so big but the view is gorgeous. The stuff is very kind.
