very large room, beautiful structure in a beautiful and very handy location, with lake view. The breakfast terrace is beautiful, with an amazing view.

you have to walk outside to go to the spa/pool area, in winter that means you have to put on your coat, then remove, then put on again, etc. Heating can't be controlled in the room, you have to message the staff and they'll do it right away, still i feel like if i could have done it myself it would have been easier. restaurant is ok, i dined there once and i thought the price was too high for the quality i got. Breakfast is average.

Parc Hotel Germano is well situated if you fancy a 15 minute walk into Bardolino. It's quite quiet and clean but has everything required for a relaxing break. Bardolino is an excellent base to explore the area from.

There aren't any shops local so we were very glad we had a car. There aren't many facilities from a sporting perspective which we missed - not so much as a pool table or table tennis table but then the company doesn't advertise that they have them! We would have enjoyed some though if they had been available. The beds were very hard and we had to try to pad them out with blankets to lie on. They may suit some people but I would imagine they are too hard for the majority of guests..

The location was perfect with amazing views of the lake and not too far up the hill from the lake and only a short walk into the town center. The hotel itself is modern and sophisticated. The staff were friendly, especially in the pool cafe and the main bar. The room was fantastic and accommodated my family of 4 with privacy for my 2 teenage daughters and ourselves in separate rooms. I just wish we stayed longer than 6 nights and will return to visit in the future.

The only issue was no hand soap in bathroom and the beds were on the very firm side.

Lovely hotel with lovely, thoughtful staff. Offer a golf cart service to your room during check in/out and the lady who worked in the spa even brought us complementary flavoured teas. Rooms were modern and were regularly kept clean by the cleaning staff. Great location only a slight hill as you come into the complex.

Only aspect that I could comment on negatively was that the bar upstairs does not open until 5pm. It’s such a lovely space I felt it was a shame we couldn’t use it more.

Very good location to walk into Bardolino , nice friendly staff, very good food at the pool bar.

Out door pool was freezing cold Indoor pool was not supervised so there were lots of children unsupervised in there which was dangerous. Beds are extremely uncomfortable If you are not on BB breakfast is €15 per person which is way too expensive and the pool bar doesn’t do a cheaper alternative for breakfast

Lovely hotel surrounded by lots of greeny, great location (my 4, nearly 5 year old would walk down to the town for dinner each night) Both the girls loved the pool and it never felt too crowded. Pleasant walk down to the lakefront and restaurants. Will be returning. Staff were very friendly. Poolside restaurant and main restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great. My girls loved the pancake machine! We stayed on a room only basis but decided to pay for breakfast when there as it was such good value and had lots of options.

Location is very good, on the east side of Lago di Garda. Suite was very clean and spacious. We had bathtub and shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was really nice, we loved fruit juice maschine to make freash squized juice

Suite is not in mail building so in order to go to gym, spa or internal pool you need to walk outside and in November, when we was there this was not convunient since it was too cold. Pool is open from10-19 and unfortunately we didn’t managed to swim since we spend full day outside Otherwise all is very very nice

The superior apartment was super spacious, it was sold as a 1 bed but actually had 2 bedrooms and a separate lounge. The resort is stylish and relaxed. We were instantly at ease. The pools are beautiful. The restaurant view is stunning and the snack bar was also great during the day.

We liked everything, only suggestion would be for additional sun loungers by the family pool, as we struggled to get some on a couple of occasions if we went out in the morning to the lake and then back in the afternoon.

Size of the rooms were really good and it was useful having separate areas for sleeping / living. The staff were brilliant and the cleaners kept the room looking amazing, and also left out fresh towels and water if we had the do not disturb on.

The hotel gym is equipped extremely poorly and the main and quiet pool were not kept clean from duck droppings.

Spacious suite, great air con which was needed in the heat wave . Pools were easily accessible . Bars and restaurants were high to view the Lake . Loads of parking. Staff were all friendly , spoke good English and were efficient .

Beds were a bit hard, breakfast could have had a bit more choice . The gardens could have been tidied from weeds .
