Property is huge and well kept. Kids loved to play outside. There is amazing subset from the premises and we also had lake views from apartment. Everything was working well and apartment was comfortable and clean. It was calm. You can order fresh bread for the next morning and it is super good. Restaurant is great as well. Pool seems ok, we did not have time to take a swim as we had busy itinerary.

It is not that easy to wall to the beach with kids (a bit if hill). But adults can do it. Everything else is just marvellous and we will be back!

Awesome large apartment with 2 separate bedrooms / bathrooms (Villa 4) and with a lovely view of the lake. We spent so much time relaxing at the pool and getting pizzas from the restaurant. We walked down to the lake once but the kids were more interested in getting back to the pool. We borrowed a football from the office for some games, didn’t get round to playing tennis but that was going to be €20 for 4 rackets/1 hour. Amazing air conditioning as it was mid thirties when we were there so it was much appreciated.

It was a bit tricky working out where to cut through to get onto the lake front but we preferred to hang by the pool anyway. Wish the pool stayed open longer than 7pm but that seems to be the norm for most places around there.

beautiful view, great pool, really family friendly. We had the delue large 2 bedroom apartment which was huge and the AC worked really well and was very quiet (easy to sleep). The shower was excellent. The onsite restaurant was great, amazing value for money and lovely food and drinks. there were always enough sunbeds around the pool, which was kept very clean and tidy.

the kitchenette was very small for the size of the apartment, it was tricky to cook much except some pasta.Although the provided cooking equipment was all very new and good quality. It was quite a walk into town due to the lack of pavement on the main road (not their fault obviously!) so you had to go on a long path down to the promenade then along. When we were there it was 36 degrees and was quite hot to do this walk sometimes! If it was cooler it would probably been fine.

This was a fabulous place. We had two different apartments but each had amazing views of Lake Garda. One was very spacious and comfortable. The other wasn’t as large but had a better outdoor space for children. Both were well equipped with everything we needed. The facilities on the estate were brilliant with a superb swimming pool in the centre. Next to the pool was a very nice restaurant-we had three dinners there and the food and service was exceptional. We also had snacks and drinks from there. There was also a small play park, football court and beach volleyball court. We’ve been to Garda a few times and this was probably our best accommodation. The lake was a walk of about 5-10 minutes (depending on the heat!) and there’s a bus stop at the end of the road.

It was difficult to write anything here. It would have been good if we could have bought some of our heavier/larger/necessary grocery items on site eg 6 packs of bottled water, loo roll, milk etc although you could order fresh bread every day.

nice place, nice view from the pool and if you're lucky enough to get an apartment that actually has a lake view, nice apartment with enough space and a decent set of kitchen tools

apartment was supposed to have lake view but actually did not, trees were blocking it so we only got the smallest piece of the lake, one of the beds was actually a sofa and not a comfortable one, some elements were a little broken making it harder to perform daily tasks

Good location to walk down to the lake. Parking available. Staff very accommodating - enquiring about taxis for us, especially restaurant staff who accommodated for dietary restrictions. Rooms and kitchen clean with the necessary utensils available. Staff responded in a timely manner when there was a maintenance issue. Had a nice pool that we were unfortunately not able to enjoy due to the time of the visit.

Loved our stay and the only complaint was the creaky beds in 1 apartment that would affect you if you're a light sleeper.

The views of the lake were good, the layout was good. The room was as described and had a large terrace to sit. The pool area was lovely and clean plenty of sunbeds. The bar and food area was good, the food was great we ate there 3 nights due to the weather and were not disappointed.

There was no bottle opener, but everything else was good in the room, including extra pillows. The staff could have been a little more friendly.

Beautiful location, very friendly staff. Apartment was huge and well equipped. Whole location was very well maintained . Food was delicious in the restaurant and staff were amazing with kids. Roof top terrace was amazing for watching sunset

Some spots could do with a bit more of a clean in apartment but nothing that couldn’t be fixed while there . Air con was a bit hit and miss

Lovely 2 bed apartment with amazing views. felt like no one else had been in it since refurbishment. Well equipped. Nice pool area. Beautiful area for a nice relaxing break. Not dated at all as in some other reviews. Nice gentleman on reception.

Nothing major really, just information. About 30 mins walk from Bardolino and roughly same to Garda which we knew, but it was a struggle after a few days. Buses were not very reliable so not really an option. uphill climb to apartment from main road. Can get a taxi or bike. More mirrors and a coffee table would be a nice addition. outside table a bit worn and water temp in shower difficult to regulate at times.

Loved the views, the pool, the restaurant, the well maintained and spotless site and accommodation and the extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Our second visit and even better than last time.

Nothing! Other more negative reviews mention the steep walk up the hill (it’s on a hillside, but the views are spectacular because of it!), the long walk to Bardolino (20 mins, counterbalances the additional food and drink you’ll enjoy) and the fact it isn’t a 4 star hotel (no it isn’t, it’s a fantastic resort with lots of choice of accommodation which is very accurately described on the website!). Absolutely no complaints from us about anything.
