The staff at this hotel are exceptional, from the managers, the ladies who supervise breakfast to the guys who serve the drinks and wait on tables, ALL of them are superb. The hotel is small but provides everything you could need from an excellent breakfast to dinner in the evening. The rooms were kept very clean and serviced.

Don't really know if this appropriate on this website but we have found that if you book through Booking.com then you usually don't get the best choice of rooms and it proved so at this hotel where our room was at the rear of the hotel overlooking a very busy road, so the noise could be bad in the mornings. Also the room could do with some refurbishment some of the surfaces were marked and could do with some care and attention.

This was my 5th trip to Europe in the last four years, with an average duration of 30 days per trip. One week is the longest I stay at any location, my typical stay at any one location is between 3 and 5 days. Obviously I have been in a lot of hotels and this was the best value of any of them. The location was great, and what surprised me was how good the food was at the restaurant. Many choices and every meal was very good.

the location is great and the restaurant has a great view, its worth using the discount provided. Everything was also very clean and the staff were polite. Breakfast is ok.

the hotel its a bit old so the room we got was not amazing. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided and we couldnt ask for another one because reception doesnt work after 11pm. They only provide one shower gel/shampoo bottle and the walls are very thin, so we heard the other room the whole time. Nothing is provided at the rooms refrigerator in case you need it. Also, the room was clean but the shower was flooding.

The location was superb, right on the edge of Lake Garda, and within walking distance of an historic old town. I liked the fact that there was a restaurant on site, available for all meals, with other options close by. The stay was very good value as breakfast was included, with many choices on offer. The closest train station is Peschiera del Garda and a 50 euro taxi fare is required to get to and from the hotel, but it was still value for money.

The location was fantastic the views were spectacular and the hotel was just perfect - the meals served at the hotel were delicious and there was plenty of choice plus a bonus of 10% off all food and drink (as a resident of the hotel) the staff were very polite helpful and kind and we will definitely be going back for another visit

the manager was wonderfull darrius very accomodating.. the location and views were stunning . very centrally located for resturajnts bars shops and ferry terminal . also great choice of menu.

my first night i upgraded to a dojble room was amazing but wasng acailabke gor 2nd night the only part was my single room on the 2nd night it was very small at the back hardly any lighy shower room no room to move i reccomend if you book . book a double room wth a view.

The location is excellent. If you choose a room with a lake view, you will not only get a great sunset view but also avoid traffic noise because on that side of the building is a pedestrian area and restaurants. Parking was free, about 700m from the hotel. Breakfast was good. The hotel personnel recommended a good bicycle rental.

It is not specific to only this hotel - showers in most of Italy are small for 2m tall persons.

The hotel is a precious building with an astonishing view on the lake. The staff is exquisitely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They are capable of fulfilling special requests and are mindful of small yet meaningful details. It all felt very cozy and enjoyable even during a couple of cloudy days, both the restaurant and the rooms. The rooms are very clean and with a modern-wabisabi aesthetics. The sweet, little balcony is eye candy.

Perfect location. Easy walking distance to cafes, shops and bus station but very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view overlooking the lake, the best mattress I have ever slept in. Staff ere always friendly and very helpful. All aspects were perfect. I cannot find one thing to complain about. A good choice at breakfast, room was clean and I would suggest opting for a balcony as the back rooms overlooked a busy main road. Rooms were airconditioned and fresh towels every day. The food was excellent with a good choice of Pizzas seafood and steak. In fact my husband said it was the best fillet steak he had ever had! I can't recommend this hotel enough and we cannot wait to go back.

Very petty criticism but the shower cubicle was a bit small.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room over looking the lake and was a lovely size. Breakfast was lovely lots of variety. Dinner was also lovely with 10% off for those staying there. Great to be able to come out of hotel and walk by the lake and also to sit and dine by the lake. Would recommend this hotel.
