The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. We felt welcome at all times, and things were so smooth that we did not run into any complications. The staff was so accommodating that we felt safe and taken care of, which was important as we were traveling with a 5-month old baby, so we did not have to worry about anything. We also liked the location: it sits between Bardolino and Garda, so it was roughly a 15 min walk to each place for us. This was amazing, as we could do our daily walks and see new places. The breakfast was good and they offered a rich variety of meals. As for the amenities, we spent most of the time by the lake. It is great that you have a designated area and there are trees too (important with a baby).

Many guests reserve their seats by the lake and leave their spots unattended. It is very clear they were not in the lake, but instead they just wanted to get ahead of the rest and save the place for later. There are signs prohibiting this, though most people ignore them, I guess. We could find seats but were literally the last ones available, and some people after us had to walk back to the hotel. While this is not the hotel's fault, maybe it can be enforced a bit better.

Location, ideally located between Garda and Bardolino with a lovely picturesque walk to either town, safe and well lit at night. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help with any requests or assistance, there was even a free ride to Bardolino if you didn’t want to walk, and to a sister hotel that offered additional wellbeing services. Facilities, very nice pool, sauna, gym, bar and garden, and of course the private section of beach exclusive to guests for lounging by the lake

Breakfast wasn’t the best, not bad, just not the best (cold beans/bacon/sausages specifically), but that’s to be expected with any buffet style breakfast any hotel might put on, this did not detract from my stay in any way

Clean and quiet rooms. Location for lake can‘t be topped. Right on the lake with private beach. Beach is not only pebbles but also sand. Most others in the area are either gras or pebbles. Property is in quiet location and easy accessible.

Housekeeping staff walked in even with DND signs on the door. Food was not to our likening. I would say „typical German holiday maker food“. Not really authentic Italien. Our Cesar salad was more bread than salad. Chicken was hard to find in there. Burger from our son also not very good. We ate there once, that was enough.

Excellent location, friendly and available staff at all hours, very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was vast and varied, and there are sup and kyaks that guests can use in the beautiful comfortable adjacent private beach. The beautiful beach is one if it’s best adventages! Also the hotel is directly above the pedestrian walkway around the lake, no road in between.

The atmosphere and design are a bit older. The room is basic and just one narrow window so not very lit.

The property externally looks very average . However, once inside it’s fantastic , right on the beach , staff cant do enough to help , food and drink are reasonably priced and the food is good . Perfect place cant speak highly enough and Frederico on reception is a perfect gent and really helpful

Extremely friendly staff especially Gloria on reception who arranged a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The position of the hotel was ideal for walking along the lake to Garda and Bardolino and the breakfast was first class

The staff were so friendly and kind. We loved the facilities and the private beach area. Everything was so clean and the breakfast was delicious. A special shout out for the omelettes and hot chocolate!

Almost everything really! This is just the place we needed after such a long road trip. Pure relaxation by the lake, superb views, impeccable room and service. I could have stayed longer! The receptionist and waiters were all very friendly and helpful. We swam in the lake (cold and wonderful) which is directly in front of the hotel. Dinner was wonderful (spaghetti with vongole, we kept it simple!), reasonable priced. Breakfast is included with many choices. the hotel caters mostly for German tourists, so very efficient service! Free parking behind the hotel.

The capuccino in the morning was disappointing. Almost cold...

This hotel was beyond our expectations! The staff - especially Regina - were very very friendly, kind and helping ! Every question we had was answered and they helped us with local hidden gems. Breakfast was very nice . Fresh fruits and granola every morning . The juice maker was my favorite. We were also served at the beach with drinks - very lovely ! Thank you again for everything!

A lovely hotel in a perfect location, halfway between Bardolino and Garda.. All the facilities were excellent, including the use of sunbeds on the beach in front of the hotel and a shuttle bus to Bardolimo..
