The hotel territory is absolutely stunning, everything is well maintained and beautiful. The view is breathtaking, both swimming pools are big enough to swim and relax. Very friendly, efficient and professional staff. Our room was clean and had a gorgeous lake view. Breakfast food was tasty and fresh.

Our bathroom was really small (I'm an S size person), for a room that cost around 250€/night we expected to feel more comfortable. Breakfast options were limited, we stayed for a week and as a person who eats savoury breakfast, I had the same meal every day. You'll have a lot of options for people who eat sweet breakfast though.

Stayed here for 5 days. What an amazing hotel from start to finish. Staff are all amazing. Especially the reception staff. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need. Mini fridge to keep drinks etc cold. Had an issue with the aircon on first day but was sorted immediately and room was lovely and cool for the duration of our stay. Nothing was a problem. Sebastian around the pool bar is very helpful and makes brilliant drinks. Beer is 6euros which is cheap for a hotel. Food in hotel is exceptional at dinner time. Breakfast is continental and serves hot bacon scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and fresh meat everyday along with fruits cakes and cereals. Coffee machine aswell which my partner enjoyed the cappuccinos. The hotel is very old school like a 80s James Bond theme which we loved. Beautiful flowers and decor everywhere. Would highly recommend getting a hire car if you stay here to see the different parts of the lake. There is a large hill to walk up if you do decide to walk down to the harbour. Overall this is hotel is fantastic and would highly recommend to anybody. We saw a couple of complaining about small thing but we didn't have anything negative to say about anything. Rooms cleaned everyday. Great spa facilities whixh is free to use apart from the treatments. Well done to everyone. We will be returning in the future x

Nothing this hotel is stunning in everyway

We were highly impressed by the warm welcome and attentiveness of the staff throughout our stay. The room offered exceptional comfort, and the leisure facilities, including the pool and steam room, were excellent and well-maintained. The option for spa treatments was a definite plus. Furthermore, the dining was a highlight the food was simply outstanding.

Magnificent views, beautiful gardens, excellent food but above all the staff were so helpful and friendly, we took them to our hearts and they also opened their hearts to us. The food in the restaurant was mouth watering and excellently prepared.

The stairs up to the rooms are outside, beautiful but challenging to Octogenarians or disabled folk. The staff were there to help with luggage though.

Absolutely stunning hotel! The views from our balcony were spectacular. Really nice breakfast and the spa and pool was Particularly enjoyable, we had a massage and it was one of the best I’ve had. I also can’t compliment the staff enough, so helpful and very kind and polite.

Fantastic location. A 15 min walk to the coast and ferry (albeit up a big hill) so you can day trip to Salo and Sirmione. The hotel felt like stepping back in time. Incredible views so book a balcony view room. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast on the patio.

Having to carry all our cases up from the car park. 5 or 6 flights of stairs, really bad at 68yrs old. The road to the car park up from below is not walkable as too steep and followed by all those stairs to get to the hotel terrace. Shame.

Our room was spectacular but we did book the top suite. The food at the restaurant in the evening was the best food we ate all week and we went to a number of restaurants. The atmosphere was great.

Nothing really, the walk up the hill was hardwork and I would say a car rental is a must to get the most of the surrounding area. There was probably potential to do alot more with the surrounding gardens but it didnt detract from our stay.

Exceptional hotel overall. Absolutely beautifully decorated, great ambiance. The restaurant served really good food. The outdoor and indoor pools were nice; there is a tennis court you can access for free. I am delighted I chose this place for my birthday.

The breakfast wasn’t as nice as we’d expected —but we’re French.

Pool and spa was nice, room was tidy, fresh towels and robes every day.

Would recommend having a lifeguard present during pool opening hours as anything could happen to someone when they are in there on their own. Thought lunch and dinner was very overpriced, very small portions for price would recommend reviewing.
