Very charming young personal in hotel. They all did their very best, politely and smiling. Pool area and garden are great

Location ! It is much longer than you tell in booking.! Ofcourse view is wonderfull. We did not know that it is NOT possible to walk up to hotel. In this are it is important because we dont like to have car on holidays. Second problem is difficulties to get taxi. You have to wait even 2 hours down in city berofe You get up. Please tell berofe on your Pages that client have to have car. We are about 70 y and it is fair to tell us before booking/arriving.. Perhaps 3-4 times /day your own transfer down and up? In restaurant is no glutenfree food / bread. That’s why we could not eat breakfest. On your list we could eat only salad and ham. When we arrived it was too Late to get taxi and go down for shopping.

The staff were all friendly and spoke English well, which was very much appreciated as a British tourist myself. The rooms are incredibly spacious and very clean. The bed was nice and firm and there are extra blankets provided for colder nights. The views of the lake are absolutely amazing! The pool is very nice and clean, the pool bar was great too.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to travellers who are looking to be able to walk to the town, you should hire a car if you are going here. It would have been good to have some washing up liquid to wash the bowls, plates and cutlery available. Other than this I couldn’t fault the place and would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

This apartment is in a very beautiful place, if you have a car. On foot it is not an easy way, but the view is amazing. The boy on the reception was really kind, helpful and told me every info. I am not sure, i expected this way the apartment, the furniture was old, like in a castle but i think it is the style in this place, and we haven't got a problem with that. When we arrived we got a better room then, what i booked. I think it's not value this price but it was okey.

Very nice apartment complex located high above Lake Garda, with stunning views. Enormous room with its own terrace, large kitchen and dining area, separate bedroom and bathroom. Our dog was happy to lie outside on the grass and soak in the Italian sun.

We could have stayed much longer! We hated leaving.

Large green area with a beautiful view of Lake Garda. 5-7 minutes by car from the restaurants and stores of the town. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. There is paid indoor parking and free outdoor parking on the street

The hotel rooms are already outdated. It would be good to update the tableware and the rest - we could not find even paired glasses. You need a car to get to the hotel and to see the town. But overall a very beautiful place that left a pleasant impression.

The property has a wonderful location, high up on the hills, breathtaking view to the lake, and surrounded by a lot of greenery. The pool area was separated from the houses with enough sunbeds and a pool-bar.

We would have liked some more kitchen appliances like microwave, electric kettle, frying pan, bigger glasses. The parking fee for the garage was an unexpected extra cost.

Beautifully situated resort! Stunning views over Lake Garda and surrounding mountains. Nice pool, nice bar next to the pool. Very comfortable beds, powerful airconditioning. Ample parking space in the garage.

The bungalows are next to each other so you don't have much privacy if you want to sit outside... There's a lovely restaurant virtually next door, but the path leading to it is closed, therefore you have to drive a few kilometers there....

The room was clean and bigger as we expected, its kitchen was very well equiped .The stuff was polite and helpful .The lake view was astonishing, the breakfast buffet was satisfying. The hotel's location was very quiet, ideal for relaxing. We will prefer it for our next visit in lake Garda.

Lovely surroundings

Beds very uncomfortable. Especially sofa bed that children slept on. Although when I complained twice the staff did bring another mattress. Kitchen very basic. No kettle, minimal kitchen utensils.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the property is amazing. The pool was great as it wasn’t too busy and there were plenty of chairs in the area, with options for shade. The bar food was good, especially the ice-cream!

A car would be an advantage as taxis were difficult to get. However with the help of the staff we managed happily for a week without one. There is a lovely pizza restaurant within walking distance and the hotel serves evening meals at the bar at weekends.
