The staff were very attentive and helpful (in particular Diana and Davide were great), the rooms were in great condition and furnished beautifully in a period style with beautiful paintings and fixtures. The gardens and facilities were fantastic, and while we only spent a night there, we would have been happy to spend a week! It was 100m walk from the main town with all the facilities could need and a lake-side walking path with an incredible sunset! There was AC in the rooms for my mother, who struggles with very hot weather. It was right near a small beach if a swim was needed and my dad father loved it!

The only thing minor I could think of, is that the second shower (despite being beautifully finished) did not have a shower door to keep the water in.

Lovely lakeside view, cute garden, spacious rooms. The host was so sweet, they even left us a few snacks for breakfast and all we needed to make tea. The house is gorgeous, oozes the charm of old Italian villas, the interior is elegant, and huge windows give you a great view of the lake from the common room, where you can sit on comfy sofas and mingle. Everything was perfectly clean. There's a shop nearby (10 minutes walk by the lake), and there's restaurants serving excellent pizza and tiramisu only a little bit further.

You have to be prepared for a bed that is a bit stiffer, but it seems to be the norm in Italy, and we slept well nonetheless.

We stayed at the smaller Villa Mimosa and I absolutely loved it. It was like having the whole place to yourself, because everyone else was at the bigger building. We could just sit on the terrace enjoying the views and wine in peace. Bonus points for the free birthday cake and card :)

Swimming shoes or sandals are highly recommended if you go for a swim. The beach pebbles can be quite sharp.

The location was amazing, our room was absolutely stunning, and the staff was extremely attentive. I've marked it as a favourite and will absolutely be back. I highly recommend dinner at the restaurant as well!

We had some ants, but it's a lakeside historic villa. It happens.

Both the desk staff and the servers stand out. Thank you. I give a 10 to everyone that works there. We take a roadtrip from our village every year but this year was a special gift. It was a big Birthday for my husband. It meant a lot to us both. Thank you again... ❤️

Absolutely NOTHING...

The staff and management were very friendly and helpful, particularly Sabrina and the Director who went beyond providing a standard service when we found ourselves in a difficult situation. The property and room was 'rustic' and in keeping with a traditional Lake Garda residence, but very comfortable and clean.

the landscape, the atmosphere, the staff the discretion, the lake view … everything

I recommend that the entrance to the lake be a little landscaped.. without stones… tks

gorgeous setting, lovely having the restaurant on site. also there is a pizzeria across the road so we had takeaway one night on our gorgeous terrazza. we really enjoyed our stay.

our room was in the old building and there was an air conditioner but it really didn’t do anything. we were there in mid July and it was very hot so that was a shame. we would have slept better with functional air con. i wish i had brought shoes to swim in as the lake is pebbles (of course) - not the hotel’s fault, and the little beach was lovely, just some advice for those reading!

The villa is in a very beautiful place, a particularly good location for those who plan to visit the Lido84 restaurant, because it is very close. It's great to have access to a private garden and beach right outside the villa. Another thing is that you can find all the necessary things in the villa.

In the cold season, you would like a solution in the bathroom, because the coil does not heat, and the floor is covered with cold tiles, so the bathroom is not very attractive.

The views, the character of the place, our fantastic room at the top of the villa. Sabrina, who greeted us, was lovely and very friendly.

It was hard to find! There is no sign for Villa Mimosa, only for Villa Maria. If you know that, it’s easy!
