It’s a very quaint boutique hotel right on the lake. We had taken a family room that was essentially a large room with a second level. Overlooking the lake , it was quite comfortable. The staff are super friendly and the property has direct access to the lake. You can rent canoes and paddle boards for €12 per hour. It’s well located and the nearest town Center is a 10 minute walk. We have 2 kids aged 10 and 12 years and the experience was great for them as well. The hotel has a games room which is a nice hangout place with board games etc. Will definitely stay there again. Wonderful experience.

They don’t have a pool but that’s really ok since you can swim in the lake.

Wow, what a place to stay on Lago di Garda (Lake Garda). Discrete, beautiful and well situated just south of Toscolano Maderno itself. The staff were amazing throughout our stay, from first arrival after a storm to leaving in the sunshine. We upgraded to the suite which gave us more room to spread out our luggage and motorbike clothing. Breakfast and dinner were great and again the friendly and professional staff made us feel welcome. We didn't try the spa but that's for next time. Parking was good for us with an open upper deck and closed lower deck. The gardens are fab and have great views out onto Lago di Garda but are private from the main road and the lake traffic. All in all we loved staying here!

All fab with the hotel! Even better if ... there was a private water taxi to go to places like Sirmione, Torri and Garda.

We were very happy with the hotel and the location was perfect. Right on the lake with lake access near a lovely little town Maderno. Breakfast and food in general were fantastic.Staff is welcoming and extremely helpful. It’s a perfect spot for exploring the lake or just chilling out. Maderno is worth a visit (go off the main road) with the local bakeries and little shops, and a little harbour for boat trips. Would love to come back.

The hotel is beautifully situated with direct access to the lake. The staff has been wonderful in trying to make our stay as convenient as possible especially for my pregnant wife.

The hotel is somewhat outdated. Although the maintenance is pretty good. In some areas it could definitely need some renovation. A small tip for breakfast, which is primarily served on a big roof terrace: there are some parasols but they are for some strange reason not put above the breakfast tables.

We loved everything about this hotel particularly the location. We had our own loungers/ bench / beautiful view. Special thanks to Sabrina and Diana- both wonderful and friendly who made our stay extra special. They wish you a happy birthday at breakfast if you happen to stay on your birthday - and without being asked.

It looks like the manager of this hotel knows exactly how to run business! All top! Friendly stuff! Such a delicious food in the restaurant! Fine Küche! Probably 4-5 stars Koch! Beach within 10m. City c.a 15 min walk. Beautiful nature! Our small dog was enjoying hospitality as well! We definitely will come back again! Thanks to the whole team!

Amazing location, right on the beach. Fantastic views from the room/ balcony / restaurant. Lovely room with mezzanine floor for children.

Should advertise better that they have paddle boards/ boat for rent. Access to the lake could be better. Some restaurant staff needs training.

Wonderful location - you literally don't need to leave the territory of the hotel to have a great Garda expirience. Nice architecture and and direct access to the lake, enough space for all guests and calm environment. Super!

Stairs that heads to the water could be a bit safer and bit more comfortable.

Location was fantastic- private beach area that was away from the main congestion- could easily walk the boardwalk into town but could definitely escape to quiet! Massage was also incredible! and the dinners were fantastic - best deal to pre-buy I've found in Italy!!

Not a huge fan of the breakfast options and service was a little lacking - I attribute that to the fact that I was by myself and there were lots of families there but dinner was exceptional and I did just fine.

Great breakfast, awesome views of Lake Garda from the property, very charming feel to the property. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Hotel seemed stingy with giving out drinking water. The hotel is also a bit of a walk to the nearest town (about a 20 minute walk), which was tougher with our young kids. The property is also easy to miss when driving there the first time. Lastly, the room door locks need a refresh. We had to use a physical key that required some maneuvering to properly lock the door each time.
