The hotel was very clean (our room), its located in the center of the village, and behind the hotel there is supermarket conad, the beach is 500m away. Its really amazing how nice the hotel is located. We had breakfast as well, always fresh. Cooked eggs, cheese, meat, bread toasts, fruit, vegetables, coffee, tea etc. Every day fresh. We are happy with everything! Everyday new free water in our room aswell

everything was good! the only thing, when we came inside the room first day it was a strange smell. after we opened the windows in the room for a day - the smell went away.

The hotel has a good location near several Café and restaurants. Also very close to very nice promenade at lake. Close location to other tourists' attractions. Definitely will stay in the same city by my next visit!

What i will recommend is to change the ventilator in the bathroom - it's a very noisy device - you will hear it from the nearby room. Also I will suggest changing the cleaning pattern - in other hotels cleaning is started after check out time, which is typically time when brackets is finished +/-1h. In hotel Eden cleaning was started very early and you will be up by cleaning noise from the nearby room. To help you find parking - in add photo. You need to drive to the supermarket CONAD parking lot and drive on the street I marked - and you will get to Hotel parking.

The staff is super friendly to their costumers. When we arrived, the rooms were nice and tidy. The cleaning lady absolutely nailed her job. Breakfast was nice, not too special, but for everyone a treat.

Our window was right next to a glass bin from a restaurant, so when the carbage men came to pick the glass up, it was quit noisy. But that really didn’t bother us that much.

Incredibly service minded staff - we were quite impressed! Everyone we met in the hotel was so friendly, informative and wanted to do their best for us to feel welcome and comfortable. Example: we were late for breakfast, in fact just about when they were supposed to close it, but they brought back dishes they had already taken away, asked us if we wanted coffee and then prepared the cappuccino we wanted. We really appreciated that the breakfast staff also allowed us to have a few extra minutes "over time", to finish our breakfast, without rushing to clean everything off, which is far more normal in most hotels. The beds, at least in our room, were world class - so comfortable! I would enjoy coming back to Hotel Eden just for the beds! The interior was very nice and in good condition, since the hotel was being refurbished and were having some rebuilds. In addition the price level was appealing, definitely value for money compared to many optional places to stay with similar standard.

The only downside we could find was that internet access wasn't available in the rooms yet, due to the still ongoing rebuilds of the hotel. But there was internet in the reception area if you needed it and the issue will for sure be resolved. It's worth noting that the hotel location is a bit hidden behind other buildings, on a small street, but there is paid parking quite close, you only have to walk for 150 meters. There are also a couple of restaurants right around the corner.

The hotel is located in the center of Piazza San Marco which is a few steps away from from the beach (lakeside), restaurants, ferry boat & supermarket. The room was spotless clean and comfortable beds with modern room designs that are newly renovated. The breakfast was indeed fantastic with a wide selection of sweet and savory bread, pastries and salumi. Kudos to all staff that are exceptionally friendly and efficient. The price is practical and budget friendly that will not crush your pocket. I will definitely recommend this hotel who wants to spend their holidays.

Excellent location, plenty of good towels, soft mattresses and good pillows. Lovely lobby and breakfast area, helpful staff.

The double bed was made up of two single beds put together, but during the night they would keep drifting apart and form a “canyon” in the middle, where my son would keep falling. We had a single blanket for the double bed and that was an issue. i guess 2 single beds with 2 blankets would have been much better.

We stayed for one night to travel further southern in Italy. For this purpose the stay was perfect, we had the smallest room with a big bed and a proper bathroom with a shower. The staff is super friendly and the location of the Hotel at Lago di Garda is sweet, not at the very densest spots of tourism but still with everything you need around. Clean rooms, uncomplicated communication!

Great lakeside location. Good breakfast. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Lots of eateries next door, also a giant supermarket.

Slightly old, the window blinds broke on 2nd day but the hotel sent a repairman immediately to fix it. Not a big issue at all.

the staff was the best, when we arrived i asked if they have any vegan options for breakfast, next morning when we went to get breakfast they prepared a bunch of vegan options, that was very sweet, they really took good care of my wife.

we booked a double room and got assigned a triple room with 3 separate beds, not terrible but that was a mistake (I don't know who's responsible for this) and also the fact that you have to pay for parking.

The staff was wonderful, invaluable and polite. The room was spotless,. Breakfast had a great variety of items and delicious croissants. Easy parking space right in front of the hotel. Nice and welcoming atmosphere. .

One minor criticism was that one of the soap containers was empty, but this did not detract from our overall stay and experience.
