A great location by the ferry port. Lovely garden with pool which was pleasant to enjoy a drink & breakfast. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Room had a balcony with a lovely view of the garden and the lake.

The room was little sparse with no decoration, but functional. Bathroom/Shower could have done with more shelves for shower gel etc. Just little things that make a difference, but overall it was fine.

Good selection at breakfast. Location was great for ferry and the view was amazing. Pool was lovely too. Handy to have fridge in room too.

Only one socket in room for everything. It did have adapters attached to plug in more than one thing but it wasnt beside bed and it was awkward to get at under dressing table. No english breskfast tea/black tea available in hotel.

The view is a 10 😍👌 breakfast is good and has homemade pastries which are delicious. Even though it's a busy street in the morning and there is also a church next door, the windows are soundproof which was perfect for us as light sleep persons.

The walls/door to hallway not soundproof, it was the case for us one morning that 2 persons were talking very loud in front of our door at 8am and woke us up.

Quiet setting, very clean and small comfortable hotel, the pool and breakfast are the best things. Prosecco at breakfast and very sumptuous. We had a room facing the lake with balcony, exceptional nice.

The city of Maderno has not much to offer, but if you really want to go places, go to Salo, much more to offer. The property has everything and is simply said GOOD

First of all the view is amazing! The rooms of the hotel are next to the golf and to wake up with such a great view in the morning is so beautiful. The breakfast was really good and the rooms and hotel are pieces of art. The hotel has parking in a beautiful garden. The staff was very helpful. I truly recommend.

Everything was Amazing!

The pool was amazing and so nice to have somewhere to cool off. The rooms were a good size, although tea and coffee facilities would have been nice. We predicted that from the description, do to our own, so wasn't a problem for us. The food and breakfast was great. The staff were very sociable and helpful. In terms of location you can get a boat to pretty much anywhere on the lake, from within 50yds of the hotel. There is also a good bus service within 100-150yds walk. We used it to get to Brescia and then, from there the train to Milan Central. We would very happily go back.

Not much. Maybe if the hotel served food in the evenings? Not that it was really needed as there are some many places to eat locally.

we had a corner room with balcony and the view was breathtaking, well worth booking this hotel for. the pool was nice and cool and plenty of beds to hotel guests. the building is pretty with high ceilings and the room had ample space. the breakfast selection was excellent and tasty. the staff serving drinks and breakfast were just so lovely and the language barrier was not an issue as they spoke English at different levels and were so nice we were able to communicate even when not always understanding each other. the location was good with the ferry port just outside and a supermarket just behind the hotel. there were many local restaurants, one of which was very nice La Tanna. some of the other restaurants were not so good, they were hot sitting outside with lots of flies but you get what you pay for.

the room advertises air conditioned rooms, however the air con in our room did not cool the room. it was so hot this week and the room was unbearably hot which is unfortunate as we didn’t sleep well because of it. we had to have the windows open which just meant that warm air was blowing through, and it was 27 through the night. it made the nights very uncomfortable and we get sluggish in the day as there was nowhere to cool down and reduce body temperature except for the swimming pool.

- WIFI, it almost all the time was reconnecting and interrupting, so if you think about working from the hotel, be aware of it

Located by the promenade, big balcony with shade, so when it was too hot to go outside during the day, you could just sit in the shade in your own balcony with a nice breeze and watch down to the promenade and see coming and going ferries and boats. Many good restaurants and cafes close by. Hotel breakfast was delicous and had lots of options. Garden is very beautiful and also private parking was very nicely organized.

Have stayed at this hotel before because of the location, the friendly and helpful staff.have really enjoyed my the times I have been there.
