The view, swimming pool, the yard, the full glass doors, the silence.

There was no coffee, sugar, oil or tee in the room. If you stay for longer period of time, than it's all good. You can buy. However, if you stay for 2-3 days, it doesn't make sense to buy all these as you need to take them with you. The bar is opened, but only from 8:30AM. I am waiting up at 4AM. 4.5h without the coffee is a pain :).

We liked everything about this hotel, it should be 4 stars. Large, nice apartments with excellent view, large terrace/balcony, friendly staff. 10 points for everything except the last 300m on the hill up. Small village with nice port and good restaurants.

Very narrow and sloppy road up to the property for the last 300m. only 5m wide, you have to manevour with your care heavily when meet another car from the other direction.

Reaching the property can be stressful, since the last 100m or so are very steep, with a narrow turn. Can't imagine doing it with a mechanical gearbox. However, the road is used only by a few people and owners provide a video on how to get there.

Stunning view and still in walking distance to restaurants and cafes. We managed the steep slope even with a toddler, although it was a little more strenuous than usual. The view was always worth it and the walk into town is 10 minutes. Very nice atmosphere as there weren’t a lot guests whilst we were there. Barbecue place fully equipped and laundry with a very clean washing machine and dryer. For toddlers, there is a very small playground not particularly worth mentioning and there is also a small but useful children's area in the pool. We would come again at any time.

For the most part, everything was very well cleaned. The floor was the only thing that could have used a deep clean - but this is something that we often experience and rather feel is the rule, as accommodation is always entered with shoes on when visiting.

What a truly wonderful holiday location. All staff are friendly, welcoming and willing to help. They literally went the extra mile to help us in an emergency situation. The views are breathtaking, the parking, grounds and pool area are well maintained and the rooms are clean and functional.The option of being able to order bread for the following morning was very well received and the bar facilities are well managed. Overall a very well managed self catering holiday location.

Great place. The apartment is big, clean well organized. The kitchen has everything is needed including dish washer. Having a laundry room was very useful! Great view. We really enjoyed our stay

Going up the stiff heel to the hotel isnt the best. But it is like that in that part of Italy, and the place gave a good preview on the heel. Recpetion hours are normal working hours which was a bit inconvenient to us since we traveled outside most of these hours

It was very clean, everyone was so nice and the view was stunning 🤩 you can order fresh bread every morning and coffee! We will definitely come back!

In certain areas the wifi wasn‘t as strong as expected and the way up to the flats is adventurous - but you get used to it very soon!

Amazing views, rooms with lots of sunlight, terrace was a great place to enjoy the sunshine and eat meals outside. Staff was very friendly and accommodating of our needs. Overall a great stay!

The kitchen was great to cook meals but lacked the basics such as salt, oil, etc. The road to get there was really steep but doable with a good car, just a bit harder to walk to town multiple times a day. it did lead to a stunning view though!

Appartments were clean and tidy. Nice view from the terrace, nice swimming pool.

Was in a nice location and had great facilities, apartments are large and clean! Pool and view are incredible and the area is quiet and cosy.

The apartment was a little difficult to get to at night as we didn’t know the area well - there is a big hill and sharp turnings on the drive. The property isn’t very walkable to the local town meaning you need a car to get everywhere.
