Air conditioning was inadequate and ineffective. When our family of four were in our room (No 16), our room temperature reached 27 degrees making it challenging to sleep at night. It should be noted that that the temperature outside was exceeding 36 degrees at the time. We would recommend a more powerful air conditioning unit and/or an additional unit being placed in the bedroom.

Location is great,it captures the spirit of old vintage Italy, the staff is always with a smile and at your service,the pool was clean and at perfect temp not too warm not too cold,close to Gardaland,the breakfast was great,the system of air conditioning in the room,it goes off automaticaly when you open the window and viceverse it goes on when you close the window,everything was spot on,maybe the best ever value for money that we've experienced on our travels

Very nice property. Kind of royal one :) . Very big room, with king size bed, and two big extra beds for the children. Delicious breakfast on the terrace. Very nice and big pool, with pool bar and friendly prices. Big bathroom, with bath and shower. Kitchen in the room, with option of fresh tea and coffee also. Big fridge. It was really really nice. Friendly prices. Parking space included. We will come back for sure.

The owner was a very kind mand! Staff also very service oriented and friendly and polite! The garden with the swimmingpool is well watered and feels like a bit of paradise :-) There is free parking and the room was exceptionally clean, and the rest of the property very well kept. I was very happy to find a good deal in the shoulder season and would like to come back for a longer stay (stayed two nights). Nice area - lots of vineyards and bicycles. And a very solid breakfast is part of the price.

Wonderful accommodation! Spotlessly clean with spacious rooms. The entire place looks like it’s taken out of a movie scene – a little village with a courtyard in the middle, giving you the feeling of being in a family mansion. The pool was great, and the lush green lawn surrounding the whole area was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.

Rooms are beautiful, clean with good working airco's. Also big bathroom. Close to Lasize and beaches are also not far away. The Buildings are very nice and have a good atmosphere. The room also has a small minibar. The pool is fantastic; big enough for the quest, and more then enough place on the gras and beds to lie on. In the sun , under a umbrella or under the trees. Breakfast was good as well.

Only minor disadvantage was that the bedroom did not have a door but was just open to the other living/bedroom. And we really missed a table with chairs were we good sit and have a drink or do a game with the kids. I asked the reception twice for a small table, but without result. There were tables outside in the public area and under the porches. It would also be nice if in the inside breakfast area the airco was turned on, So you can choose to sit in a cool area or outside.

Friendly staff, amazing pool, very well placed in terms of distance to the lake Garda and its amazing places. The room was very cool even when the sun was burning everything outside. Amazing breakfast with lots of options. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance, breathtaking views from the mountains, again, within walking distance.

Wall sockets in the room had thin holes... adaptors bought in the UK did not fit, as they were slightly thicker. It's not a problem, though, as you can easily buy adaptors around.

We selected this place to vist Gardaland, and its nearby - a few minutes drive. Rooms are spaceous and breakfast was great! Will definitely visit again when in that part of Italy. Owner is really helpful and provided us with additional tips on where to go around for food and sights.

Very friendly staff, nice selection of food for breakfast, large swimming pool where you can relax near the pool bar or under the trees - highly recommended especially for family members.

The air condition in the room was installed outside the bedroom and during the night it felt warm.

The size of the space pleasantly surprised my sons. The surroundings are very quiet, and there is free parking available at the accommodation. They greatly praised the breakfast, fresh pastries, and the presence of a pool.
