Decent hotel with a kind and generous staff, well located for all of Garda attractions and sights. However the hotel, its , public spaces and rooms are outdated. you can see everywhere that this is not a luxury hotel and that money is saved in all corners. we stayed for 6 nights, and our room suffered from very bad smell from the day we arrived, which made it disturbing to even be in the room, we complained about it and if could not be fixed. they offered us to change the room after 3 days with no compensation whatsoever. There was a huge rain which flooded the hotel and our room as well. breakfast is ok but the same everyday, with no fresh eggs station and no orange juice. so all by all a mixed experience.

The pools and garden were nice, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was okay, though nothing exceptional.

There was often a wait for the coffee machine in the breakfast area The room’s interior felt basic and a bit worn, especially in the bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell in the room that could be improved.

Nicely located hotel. Rather small in size which was great. You can feel yourself like your are in not so big Italian mansion :) There are great places really nearby like Lazise, Sirmione and Gardaland. You can get there in no-time by car. I believe you can also hire a bicycle from the hotel, but I'm not sure as I had my own bike. If you have your own bike you can use bike room in the hotel's underground parking which was nice. The facilities were good, rooms were big enough and cleaned each day. Cofee machine in the room was nice. I used SPA facilities only once but it was quite good. Few different saunas are accessible and they were not crowded at all. When I was there only few people visited saunas area.

Breakfast was generic and the same set each day. Bacon not crispy and sometimes scrambled eggs looked not so freshly made when I was early in the morning at 7:00 Bike room could be more accessible and located in better place than in some stinky technical room in the "basement". There is an odor inside "the room" from sewerage and quite number of mosquitos. It's also not super convenient as you have to get a keys from reception and give them back each time. Stairs from outside to underground parking where bike room is located were not clean. In fact they looked like they were not cleaned for a very long time.

Friendly and welcoming staff at the reception. Hotel is a quiet and a nice place to stay for a calm vacation. Rooms are cosy and there is enough space in spa facilities to keep people entertained during the summer without feeling crowdy. Good starting point to explore Lake Garda.

Only thing that must be improved and that spoils the impression is dinner service. We understand fine-dining concept and that's ok, but it's not always amazing to have dinner for 2.5 hours etc... Every evening there was a miscommunication among staff that is overwhelmed, waiting between meals of 30 minutes needs to be improved.

Away from the busy lakeside, very peaceful setting. This was ideal for us as we had a hire car. Everything was spotless with supremely helpful staff. The spa is outstanding, Liliana was a great masseuse. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had. Loved that there was an adults only pool.

Perhaps a reminder to those with children to respect the adults only policy at the adults pool.

Good and beautiful location not far from Lazise. Very good spa area with plenty of options and space. Fitness studios are good as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful in general. The bar was well sorted and even had a few special cocktails on offer. Great barkeeping! :)

Food at dinner is ok but not quite up to the expectations and to the same standard as the rest of the details

Very good breakfeast

The behavior of the young German guests in the evening hours was very disruptive, as they mistook the adjacent road for a racetrack. As a result, one was forced to endure the noise of so-called sports cars during the night, with which these individuals were evidently trying to compensate for their masculinity.

Lovely modern hotel, excellent rooms, great grounds & pools. Indoor pool great for when the weather wasn’t great & moderate size gym. Spa treatments available (some better than others)

Breakfast options just ok. Indoor pool staff seemed to lack motivation & we discovered some facilities on the last day that hadn’t been highlighted during our stay. Location is much further outside lazise than you imagine when you see it on the map!

We loved the room size, the bathroom design, great and comfortable beds and fab shower. Breakfast had a fantastic selection with great quality as well. Pool areas, nice and comfortable șezlong, olive trees around the main pool area!!

The location requires to have a car or use a taxi but outside of this, we would highly recommend a he hotel to anyone!

It’s a comfortable quiet hotel, slightly out of the town, taxi, car or bike needed. Great base for CanevaWorld water park, just a short walk. Friendly staff and well kept. Good options for spa too. Breakfast fine and dinner available but we ate in the town.

Not their fault perhaps but mosquitoes everywhere by pool and in rooms. Bring ur spray!! There is no shuttle bus in to town even though we checked this after booking and it was also advertised on their site at the time. Told buses in to town every 20 mins but not accurate at all, could be waiting up to an hour. Taxis to and from town reasonable about 15-20 euro but book in advance.
