The spa and thermals were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff.

I would have preferred feather pillows, or a pillow selection, but the bed (mattress) and bedding was very big and nice and comfortable. The restaurant in the Thermal park was a bit like a cafe, and let down the thermal experience, but we appreciate this isn't part of the hotel exactly. It's a bit of a canteen with plastic cutlery etc.

The park is stunning. Peaceful and incredibly well maintained. It offers a nice range of water / spa activities one can use solo or with kids, which is a great advantage. The villa / hotel is also very beautiful, muséum like, luxurious, spacious and incredibly peaceful. The individual bathtub in the room m, with lights and music, is a great add on. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We liked everything and feel incredibly grateful, and lucky to have been able to stay in what feels like such a mini paradise.

excellent park area, clean and comfortable. night swimming in the thermal lake until 23:00 deserves separate aviation, it's very cool. friendly staff. If you are with a baby, the apartments are what you need.

outdated room stock (apartments), but this is not a problem if the trip is short-term. considering the cost of housing, an extra charge of 5 euros for a sunbed, does not look very good. I also want to note an important point, in the thermal lake in the children's area there is very sharp gravel at the bottom, my wife and I cut our toes.

My first stay, 4th time visiting park and wellness center. I love this place, especially in winter. I always leave 100% relaxed for just 1-2 days visit. The park is set on a beautiful botanical garden, natural spring and improving all the time. The villa is classical historical set of buildings and a walled garden estate. The town is a quiet and friendly place with a variety of restaurants.

The team was so nice. The park is marvales. The one bedroom apartment is great. It was better if we had another toilet and shower. The way from the apartment to the lake is dark. I would add lights on the way.

Great location, very nice and helpful staff. Great natural environment, calm and resourcing.

Furniture could use a bit of refurbishing. The sound of an outside big generator can be a bit disturbing, especially at night.

The hotel is stunning. The grounds are wonderful, it was such a relaxing stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were really friendly and always looking out for ways to make your stay feel better. The facilities were amazing and the restaurant was delicious and so lovely to be in.

The stuff is very nice, they make an extra effort, they assisted more then once - in our late arrival as well as in sending a card we forgot via international mail. The room was bigger than we expected, and was clean, with free gifts, and superbly located. You should ask to be in guest zone #3, above the private pools.

the shower is in the Jacuzzi and it has no door. Kind of strange.

Lovely stay at the Villa dei Cedri, thermal water combined with an extraordinary park! Great breakfast overseeing an amazing green garden, a great variety of options! Very friendly staff at the reception!

I would have liked a light meal option during the day , Spa people was super dry and not very helpful, we booked two treatments each day and did not get what we booked for. so little disappointment.
