Good location very near GardaLand. Exceptional service. Stefano greeted us warmly and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cleaning staff did a great job. Everything was spotless and it is obvious that they pay great attention to details.

Breakfast not included. Pre-packaged croissants in the room. Not an issue because we were forewarned. This was an "emergency" late booking due to a vehicle breakdown and the gentleman working could not have been more helpful - outstanding is a rarely used word regarding customer service but is wholly justified here.

To be honest, for a one night stay, nothing

Location was incredible for Caneva and short drive to Lasize. Very clean and high standard of amenities.

Perhaps could have had a discount for adjacent restaurant for breakfast.

Everything from the warm welcome at reception from Stefano to the size of room, the mini bar, cleanliness, how close it was to the lake and Gardaland. Even got 10% off the bill at the fabulous restaurant below. Cannot fault this hotel in anyway

A little far out to walk to anywhere (E.G Lazise) but bus route outside was helpful

Spotless, comfortable room, plenty of space, only few kms from centre of town. Comfy bed, welcoming staff at checkin

No breakfast option as just rooms- however coffee machine and small snacks available in room which helped!

Excellent facilities. Warm welcome by very helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and big fluffy towels.🥰
